    "Short stay experience"
Came here to Norwich for a bit and needed a place to stay at. I had no complaints. I loved the room, it was tidy and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the service was fantastic.
    "Worst Premier Inn experience ever"
I had an awful stay at Premier Inn Norwich East (Broadlands / A47) unfortunately- and normally I'm a fan of Premier Inn. Stayed one night to visit my elderly grandad in Norwich. I didn't choose early check in at the time of booking, then changed my mind as it was going to be a long drive. I called the hotel several times the day before arrival but no answer so gave up. Arrived there on the day of check in after 4 hours of driving, early, but just to use the toilet before heading to see my Grandad for lunch. It took ages for a slightly frazzled and bad tempered staff member to come out to reception, only to tell me that there was no toilet anywhere for me to use, and to go across to the Costa Coffee opposite. Fast forward to that evening, I returned to the hotel after seeing my Grandad to check in. Again, understaffed reception so one staff member dealing with multiple guests and unable to help with the automated machines. I have since received parking fines and am in the process of appealing - but guess what, when I rang Premier Inn, there was no answer. I've stayed in many Premier Inns all over the UK and never had this many problems.
    "We had a great time."
Stayed here with my young sister after a cousins wedding locally and found the location ideal for ease of access to the venue and major roads. Staff were pleasant Azad on reception was very helpful gave us some recommendations then went to bar later they the staff were lovely. The pub next door served breakfast and were very accommodating. Hot and cold options available and all very tasty.
    "Done the job."
First impression the car parking spaces could have been bigger as the car park was very full, not easy to get in and out of vehicle while cars parked either side. At reception, when checking in, we were asked if we wanted to use the machine or the personal touch we were at the desk, so we thought the personal touch would have been obviously what we wanted. We had a room on the top floor which was ok but at first thought was unsure as we were out partying a ground floor would have been better when drunk. We managed and hope we didn't wake others. Then the room its self lovely clean everything you needed. The mattress was hard but comfortable. We would stay again.

Rooms were clean and the staff were all really friendly. Azad was especially helpful he offered to take my bags to the room and made sure everything was just right. He also made sure we were on the floor we requested. Been to the restaurant and service is Great will definitely be back
