Parking at Premier Inn Norwich City Centre (Duke Street) hotel

There is no on-site parking available on site, there are only two disabled parking bays at the side of the hotel.   

Chargeable off-site parking is available at St Andrews Multi-Storey Car Park (NR3 3AT) next to the hotel. Please note, we are on a one-way road with the car park being before the hotel and parking is extremley limited.

Car park rates are £2.00 per hour and over 5 hours is £10.00. Overnight charges will then be added on top, 6.30pm to 7am is £3.00.

"City night out"
We’re local, but decided to stay overnight in the city and glad we chose this hotel. All of the staff we met were so incredibly friendly, especially Sarah, every hotel should have one 😃 Great service, tasty breakfast and comfy & clean.

Great hotel, my 5th stay here. I like the location,rooms always clean and well serviced. Good buffet breakfast-I have to name check the excellent waitress (Wendy) and the chef (Robert)-with poached eggs made to order
"Delia-tful Experience in Bootiful Norwich."
Easy to find, city centre hotel. Pleasant, quick checking in staff, clean and a nicely presented quiet Premier Plus room. I had an excellent nights sleep, the usual high standard buffet breakfast. The staff in the Breakfast Buffet, pleasant, welcoming and efficient. No problem to the staff when asking for a bowl of Porridge (other hotels take note). Car Parking is in the council owned St Andrews car park which will cost overnight £14 and is a 5 min walk away (hopefully out of the rain). Located in the student/uni area in the City Centre, and a great location to access the shops, bars and food outlets. Plenty of choices for all budgets. Again, all i would say about Premier Inn's are the persistance with showers over bath tubs, its old, restricting and potentially dangerous for the infirm, older person. Other than that, i would not hesitate to stay again. Well done Premier Inn Norwich City Centre team.

Excellent location from where we were able to explore the city - parking is very convenient and the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful

Great location just opposite the University of the Arts. If we'd had more time, we'd have explored the area around the hotel which looked lovely. Very warm welcome at reception when we arrived. Must of stayed in a dozen Premier Inns and this was the first one with jugs for milk at breakfast which was a nice touch (not sure why others don't tend to do this).
