"Great hotel"
The hotel was great. Ideally situated on the edge of Norwich. We used the hotel as a base to explore the surrounding area. It was only a short drive to the cost and many other local attractions. It was also perfect for visiting Norwich town centre. We used the airport park and ride bus to get in and out of the town centre. The park and ride is only a short five minute walk from the hotel and very cheap.
The hotel itself was great everything you would expect from a Premier Inn. Plenty of parking friendly staff, good size rooms and a comfortable nights sleep.
The food in the attached restaurant was of a good quality and very reasonably priced. The service in the restaurant was excellent.
Overall we had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay here again next time we visit this part of Norfolk.

"Go somewhere else"
Rooms were 28 degrees with one insufficient fan no aircon
One room Window opened onto main road
My parents room window opened out To McDonald’s
We were there 6pm till 3am. 2 adults 2 children trying to sleep in one room in that heat was crazy and my elderly parents in another room health and safety issues dad kept going outside
I have contacted premier inn regarding guaranteed nights sleep but they have refused. To refund us for 9 hours of hell
The pub next door wants a good clean and decoration

It was a really good sleep comfortable bed
But need new air con or more instructions to use it
We did fine nail clipping next to the bed side table

"Great 4 days"
Very clean room and exceptional staff, especially Cheri and Karen who welcomed us at check in.
Brewers Fayre pub a little dissapointing while we were there a lot of items on the menu not available and the coffee machine was broken but We presume this is not always the case and is normally ok.

"Pretty good, lovely staff make it"
Pretty good stay - all fine as you’d hope for from a PI. The staff in the hotel snd the Brewer’s inn for brekkie, were unfailingly lovely and really make all the difference. Double mattress was tired and saggy but room otherwise clean and comfortable for reasonable rate. Thanks all
