"Good sleep before flight"
Really good Premier Inn, lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but the air con was not working so we had to have a fan in the room which was not exactly quiet, but apart from that we did get some sleep as we had to be up at 3am for our flight. Approx 7 minute walk to airport so very easy to get there. On site parking was £5 per night by using the tablet in reception area.

"Not as premier as it should be- needs a refresh"
We are Premier Inn customers for many years but some of the earlier ones are showing their age. This one needs a serious refresh. Bedside lights not working. Damaged fittings. Immediate area outside covered in very old fag ends.

A very enjoyable stay for a family party.
All staff from Receptionists on arrival and departure, and staff in the adjacent Oaks Brewers Fayre were all friendly, cheerful and happy to help 👍😎
Our room was well prepared by Annabel and the bed extremely comfortable as always!
Breakfast was good to with all the hot buffet nice and fresh.
Great VFM, would stay again and happy to recommend 👍👍👍👍👍

"Great hotel"
The hotel was great. Ideally situated on the edge of Norwich. We used the hotel as a base to explore the surrounding area. It was only a short drive to the cost and many other local attractions. It was also perfect for visiting Norwich town centre. We used the airport park and ride bus to get in and out of the town centre. The park and ride is only a short five minute walk from the hotel and very cheap.
The hotel itself was great everything you would expect from a Premier Inn. Plenty of parking friendly staff, good size rooms and a comfortable nights sleep.
The food in the attached restaurant was of a good quality and very reasonably priced. The service in the restaurant was excellent.
Overall we had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay here again next time we visit this part of Norfolk.

Rooms were 28 degrees with one insufficient fan no aircon
One room Window opened onto main road
My parents room window opened out To McDonald’s
We were there 6pm till 3am. 2 adults 2 children trying to sleep in one room in that heat was crazy and my elderly parents in another room health and safety issues dad kept going outside
I have contacted premier inn regarding guaranteed nights sleep but they have refused. To refund us for 9 hours of hell
The pub next door wants a good clean and decoration
