"Bad"
To expensive and food was moldy just to get the 100 minimum characters I will Yao about this place and better places good location right next to a restaurant with a play area great for kids but the food at the premier inn was horrible and the bed smelt and they called me at 3am and said I asked for a wake up call but it was for the person 1 floor above me
"Pleasant and functional."
Premier Inn Kings Lynn is a very clean and convenient hotel. I find the rooms although basic cover all of myself and my families needs. My only issue is the room on both of my visits have been very hot. 2 fans are provided which is much appreciated as they are in the room with no cost involved. However it could do with proper air conditioning. The staff at this branch are extremely pleasant, helpful and accommodating which I believe goes a long way
"A great experience"
I had a premier room and it was totally worth it. Comfortable, shower was fabulous and having fresh bottles of still and sparkling water in the fridge was a real bonus. I just want to say that the reception staff (Joanne and Dominic) were simply wonderful. My husband had been taken into hospital with a suspected heart attack. We had been in Norfolk on holiday and I was alone, trying to deal with everything. They were so helpful and supportive and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness. A fabulous team thank you
"Great hotel to stay"
Great base for a family room, comfortable and clean. Welcoming and always staff available if needed. Local bus goes into town but could do with a foot bridge to the bus stop to make the walk safer.

The hotel is very clean nice bedding ang very comfortable it was a good experience staff is well communicable easy check in and out
