"Excellent"
Room was immaculate. Very comfortable. Had 2 children with us and beds were made up ready for both of them. Breakfast I'd about the best we've ever had. Evening meal was good value too. Highly recommended.
"Last minute stopover"
Lovely last minute stopover.Staff very friendly and helpful.Room was spotless.Restaurant was OK ,wasn't very organised at front of house and to be honest not the best host, rather miserable.. bar staff and waitresses made up for that.Breakfast was manic could have done with more staff as couldn't keep up with simple things like clean plates ,cutlery and refilling juices and coffee machine and clearing tables.dirty plates and food left on fire place for the whole time we was in there..not a good look.Would we stay again..yes but hopefully restaurant was just a one off!
"Keep the staff, keep it welcoming."
We use Premier Inn regularly. The grandchildren love it. It always gets off to a great start with friendly welcoming staff. They make the children feel important and welcome. Now it's an unwelcoming, unfriendly, inefficient machine. The roos are still perfect for us and at a sensible price.
"Family time"
As always great value for money, comfy bed and pillows, modern room, new design which made it more spacious. Free parking, good location and fairly quiet in the room we stayed in. Easy to book and check in, staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Nice pub next door for food and drinks and tables to sit outside. Would highly recommend.
"Lovely rooms and tasty breakfast"
Lovely clean rooms that served their purpose perfectly, pillows were incredibly comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. Parking was easy and stress free. A perfect little stop off point. Breakfast was delicious, although the staff seemed a little disorganised at times, they were friendly and welcoming throughout.
