    "Great value"
    Great value,excellent location,very good room facilities.The reception area needs a refurb,and the wi- fi is poor,but otherwise this is a great place to stay on the Wirral.
    "Avoid this premier inn"
    Avoid this hotel. Room stank of bleach this was obviously done due to the smell of damp in the bathroom. Damp mouldy ceiling no extractor fans in room or bathroom. No body wash or shampoo bottles were empty and rusty. Ceilings marked with damp and mould. Room fan broken wifi was terrible. Only one member of staff at reception for about 5 minutes no one there to complain about our room. Restaurant again only staffed with one person who had to serve clean tables take orders take orders out to customers. Breakfast was a joke paid for two unlimited breakfasts did not get that was asked if we wanted cooked and it was brought to us one item only on plates did not get asked if we wanted two sausages etc all we were asked was fried or scrambled egg. Never had such a terrible Room and breakfast in premier inn before and we use premier inn all the time when we are visiting various places. Whole place needs a make over and more staff. Very poor standards in all areas. Could not complain as no one in reception. Gave feedback but not received a reply. Management need to get a grip on this hotel.
    "Definitely worth a trip if In the area"
    A very friendly welcome on arrival, room clean and comfortable but could do with a little tlc- marked paint work, rust around bath and toilet, but otherwise very clean for what is needed. Immaculate bedding and towels, super helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful and can order as much as you like as well as a choice of cereal, toast, pancakes and pastries. This was available at pub next door. We had evening meal a great deal 2 for £12 cocktails between 5 an 7, pina colada and espresso martinis are delicious. Everyone enjoyed the meal and service was great.

    I had lovely Time at this Hotel, all the staff treated me really and were super friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and tidy. No issues at all, I’ll definitely be coming back
