    I had lovely Time at this Hotel, all the staff treated me really and were super friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and tidy. No issues at all, I’ll definitely be coming back
    "Another great trip at Premier Inn Heswall"
    Another great stay here! we stayed for a few nights to visit family. Great location, easy to get to Chester & Liverpool with large car park. Staff were really friendly and accommodating, couldn’t do enough for us, giving us extra tea/coffees/pillows for the room. Room was clean and large, comfy bed-couldn’t hear any outside noise from car park or corridor. Have recommended to my friends and will definitely come back. Thanks for having us!!

    Great experience here. Staff were lovely on check in and this continued through breakfast and dinner. Lovely little beer garden outside which was very welcome on a sunny evening 👍🏼

    basic room accommodation had continental breakfast service was haphazard . the room cleanliness wasn't the best . We were attending a wedding so just need a room to sleep.
