    "Great experience"
    Great hotel. Very clean and in a good area. Very helpful staff i must say, especially chris who works on the desk and in the restaurant. Can not help you enough and is very friendly. When they had issues with staff for breakfast everyone jumped in to help and made a potentially bad situation into no problem at all. All in all 10/10
    "1 night stay"
    We arrived on Thursday 24th July 2025 and greeted by friendly reception staff and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had booked bed and breakfast but we decided to eat in the restaurant for an evening meal and Chris was extremely helpful and went the extra mile and pointed out the meal deal option which was a great choice and also saved us money which was good value indeed and the food was excellent. The following morning Chris was there again to meet us for breakfast and went through all our choices available on the unlimited option and the cooked breakfast was excellent too. Great friendly staff and an excellent stay would stay again and recommend.

    An ideal spot to jump on local transport for travelling to Liverpool city centre and also perfect to pop into Wales for National Trust visits

    Team were friendly and helpful but Rooms lack air conditioning and I was conned by premier inn website which states “air conditioning in most rooms” which must apply to the entire premier inn network as no rooms at this hotel had any! Breakfast was also not great with very limited selection available when we stayed. Unfortunately premier inn continues to have falling standards and lack of investment generally with trave
