Wirral (Heswall) hotel

Stayed at the start of the bank holiday weekend to visit family in Neston. Thank you to Lola for leaving the kids Easter bunnies in the room, they were well made up. Very telling of the staff you have here! A real asset to the team. Thanks again. Rooms were very clean and in a great location. Good value for money. We were a bit worried when booking as is located right on a main road but had absolutely no disturbance whatsoever. We are already looking to book for over the summer! Thanks team

Really wonderful staff, so kind, welcoming and took great care of us - everyone, on the desk, cleaning the rooms, in the restaurant for dinner and in the restaurant in the morning. Everyone was lovely, must be great management and filtered down. Particular mention to Chris who was great in the evening in the restaurant, Faith who had cleaned the rooms, Anne had left lovely Easter gifts for the kids in the rooms, and the serene and very organised young lady taking orders in the restaurant in the morning. Rooms very clean, great food, very organised, super easy to check in etc, lovely outside space for summer months. Lovely book stall, and raffle raising money and fun for the kids.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at Heswall Premier Inn, staying as a large family group it was perfect for our needs, and a great location for visiting the Wirral. We felt very welcomed by Chris and the whole lovely team of staff, who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed an evening meal and drinks at the adjacent Clegg Arms. Overall a great experience, and we would not hesitate to stay again.

We had to attend a family funeral and stayed at the Premier inn Heswall for just one night. The staff were friendly and respectful. The room was clean and well presented. The kids were impressed by the handwritten note and biscuits that had been left for them. All in all it made a difficult time a little easier to manage.
