    "Grate service from Matt"
    We had the absolute best service from manager Matt today what a grate guy. Staying for work with 3 other colleagues. Perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness and a laugh with us.     Bedroom and bathroom full of mold felt bad every morning when waking up in need of a good upgrade run down in the rooms been staying every September for the past 4 years and every time it’s worse

    Reception friendly & helpful. Room 15 not great, bathroom fan and lift noise all night. Restaurant evening service glacially slow and extremely limited...more off the menu than on....ended up with a 3rd choice sweet! Food when it finally arrived, excellent! Breakfast good.
