Wirral (Childer Thornton) hotel

Great experience, very friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble, clean comfortable rooms, great value for money. Efficient and great value.

We had an amazing experience, very warm welcome, staff was very helpful especially Charlotte, it was very clean and nothing was to much trouble, they currently undergoing renovations and are without a restaurant and bar but there is a local pub about 10 min walk and a lovely garden centre next door with cafe, this didn't impede our say ,we will be returning, keep up the great work

There was substantial building works being undertaken to build or refurbish the restaurant so no onsite dining was available but a continental style breakfast was available by self service in the reception area. Adequate parking was available even though builders had taken over some of the spaces. I was a solo traveler and had no complaints about room or service. The shower used mixer taps over the bath and was easy to adjust for temperature and volume of water. I could not adjust the mixer tap to use for the bath but am not sure whether that was due to design or if I just needed some instructions. The curtains were not in pristine condition but that was not an issue and possibly they may be due for renewal in the second stage of refurbishment. Complimentary tea coffee and milk was freely available at reception in addition to that supplied in room. Would stay here again. All in all a pleasant stay.

We had a lovely stay! All the staff were very polite and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely one of the nicer premier inns I’ve stayed at. Would definitely stay again.

it was amazing the staff are so lovely and you can tell they take a lot of care and pride in there business and making sure the rooms are immaculate. would definitely come back again 😊
