"Solo Female Traveller exploring Chester."
Parking easy, reception staff friendly and professional. Room clean, bed comfortable, bathroom had fixed shower over bath - clean, water hot!
Restaurant staff very friendly - same member of staff waiting tables and manning the bar so sometimes there's a wait. Food tasty, wine went down well too.
Altogether two nights of comfortable sleep. Thanks. Would recommend staying here as it's less expensive than staying in Chester which is a 20 drive away.

We recently stayed at the Childer Thornton Premier Inn during an extremely difficult and emotional time for our family, and I want to highlight the outstanding manager who looked after us throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch his name, but he truly deserves recognition.
From the moment we arrived, he showed genuine kindness, compassion, and patience. We had to stay at the hotel indefinitely due to our circumstances, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and supported. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. His warmth and willingness to help made a huge difference to us at a time when we really needed it.
We returned yesterday to stay again while visiting family, and we happened to meet the same manager today. He immediately recognised us and asked after our family member with sincere concern. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated.
This manager is a credit to Premier Inn. His professionalism, empathy, and exceptional service didn’t just help us — we saw him offering the same high standard of care to everyone around him. Please ensure this feedback is passed on, as he truly deserves acknowledgment for the wonderful work he does.

Hubby and I had the misfortune to stay here for the night whilst heading down to Wales.
Our room was clean. Sort of. Clean sheets although towels were a bit thin.
Don’t bother with the restaurant though. Horrid food and seriously not impressed with the breakfast.
It was alright for one night but I don’t wish to be back.
