    Matt and Jane very welcome made us feel at home Matt amazing manger will defo becoming back again well done premier inn for having these to members of staff
    "Horrible Place - needs urgent attention"
    This is a really poor Premier Inn. Was due a refurb which was cancelled and the place is a mess. The staff are great yes - but it doesn’t detract from the state of the building, rooms and communal areas which need urgently addressing by the company. As you can see, reviews are poor constantly except from some recent 5* ones (always written by travellers with only one review!). Take note and book elsewhere.
