      "Great for Anfield"
Stayed at this Premier Inn for the Lana Del Rey concert at Anfield. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Kevin on reception was really helpful. The adjoining Beefeater was pleasant enough & reasonably priced for drinks. Hotel is in a great location for Anfield. We walked back after the concert in 35/40 mins. Aldi & M&S food hall right next door too
      "Lovely staff"
Stayed here as we were going to a Dua lipa concert. We got drenched and when we got back the lovely staff at the desk Mike and Rumi were really helpful. Asking if we needed extra towels or anything and helping us with the vending machine when we couldn't work out how to use it. So a big shout out to Mike and Rumi, thank you for all your help. Maria &Ray Tye room 120! 24.6.25 xx
      "Unliveable rooms"
Our room was utterly unliveable. We arrived during one of the hotter days of the year – topping 25C. However, the room was considerably hotter (28.5C), even at night, once the temperature had dropped to 17C. There was just no way to reduce the heat, as the window only opened a crack and there's no air-con – just heaters. It's was airless and stuffy. When I asked at the front desk, they just said: "yeah, those rooms can get hot". If that's known, why hasn't anything been done about it? On top of that, someone simply walked into our room at 4am, waking us (and our baby) up from what little sleep we'd managed to get. This hotel isn't fit for purpose. STAY AWAY.
"Hottest hotel room in the UK"
Rooms far too hot to sleep 29 degrees with no way to cool the room, window only opened with a small gap and fan just blew hot air around the room and noisey as hell. No sleep for two days, car park too small and charged an additional £10.00 for the privilege.
      "Everything I needed"
The room was spotlessly clean, large and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly, and though check in was a little slow, that was due to computer issues and not the team members. The free Wi-Fi wasn't the best, but £5 for 24 hours bought a better connection. On-site parking was extremely convenient, as were the M&S food and Aldi stores next door!
