Liverpool (West Derby) hotel

Lovely stay the room was clean warm and comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite. We were there prior to a procedure at Broadgreen hospital which was just t minutes in the car.

The price was not justified on the Second night as it was the same room but double the price. No house keeping was available over the weekend so it was a service that was not available.

Staff are lovely go on behond to help you. Very polite always there if you need help or when just a talk. I've been here for a month now and here till i get a place of mu own. Staff akways ask about your day or how are you. Night staff are lovely too there always there if you need hell or just a chat. Very nice hotel cozy beds warm hotel.

This is our “go to” value hotel in Liverpool. It’s the fourth time we’ve stayed here. Is it award winning and special like no other hotel? No. It’s a typical, slightly dated Premier Inn. But it’s clean, has an on site car park (important to us and rare in Liverpool) the staff are brilliant and the breakfast is fabulous. We will be staying there again!

There wasn't anything massively wrong with the hotel but lots of small issues. No lift so not accessible and for me lugging a heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs wasn't a good start. The room wasn't up to the usual standards ie hairs in the sink and bath and one of the mugs was stained. The shower was poor. Very weak/low pressure. Breakfast was good though you have to go outside to the adjacent pub so not ideal if it's raining. Don't use the hotel taxi! They have a dedicated phone in the lobby but I used it three times and waited 15, then 20 minutes and on the last one, gave up after half an hour. Get an uber, much quicker! The staff were helpful and friendly but not recommended.
