"Great stay"
Really great hotel, the beds were incredibly comfortable, plentiful breakfast with good coffee.
The air con was working well and kept the room at a decent temperature and we had no issues with hot water.
The size of the room was fairly decent as well.
What really stood out was the staff, everyone was very welcoming and accommodating, helped us get settled in very quickly, so we preferred to eat there for the day. The food was great.

"Great location, but the car park needs attention"
The hotel is in a good location and our room was clean and comfortable. The fan provided in the room was a lifesaver during the recent heatwave.
Breakfast was okay, with the usual range you'd expect from a Premier Inn, although the quality of the eggs wasn't great, particularly the scrambled eggs.
The only real downside was the car park. As others have mentioned, there does seem to be a rat problem. We saw several running around when we arrived and again the following evening, which wasn't a great first impression.

"Staff very friendly and efficient"
This hotel is conveniently located fir our family visits . The staff are very friendly and effective and nothing is too much trouble for the guests.
Rooms are clean.
My only issue is that the car park has alot of work vans in which is fine except they all park near to the entrance making our getting in and out extremely difficult with 2 small children especially when its usually late when arrive.
