Typical premier inn, no issues with the hotel itself, however, there is a rat infestation. We arrived back to the hotel with quite a few of them running around the car park. Suffice to say we decided not to have breakfast there.
Reception informed us that someone was arriving in the morning to deal with it, although looking at past reviews it's been an issue for over 10 years.

The location was great and the room was clean and spacious the bed was incredible. Haven't slept so well in years. I would 100% stay here again amd already looking into planning my next visit next year and will be staying at this location again.

Arrived after long delays crossing from Yorkshire to a very warm Liverpudlian welcome. Staff could not have been more helpful on this our first visit to the city. Slept well and enjoyed a long leisurely breakfast before days activity.
