"Just gorgeous!"
Absolutely fantastic hotel, a beautiful old building beautifully done. Fantastic beer garden and restaurant. Definitely my favorite Premier Inn! Lovely, helpful staff.

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Outstanding Stay!"
I had a fantastic stay and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel was spotless, modern, and really well looked after. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had everything you could need for a relaxing stay.
Every member of staff I came across was welcoming, friendly, and happy to help, which made a huge difference. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out, and it was clear that the team genuinely cares about their guests.
The location was ideal, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family.
A well-deserved 10/10!

Wonderful stay in the Derby Lodge Premier Inn. Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. Lovely quite location in its own grounds. Easy access to lLiverpool. (bus stop just outside.)

Good points. Location is excellent, nice safe area with 5 minute walk to train station and a cheapish regular train into Liverpool in 15 minutes. Bed and pillows were comfy and room clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bad points. Room 57 initially allocated had a broken toilet (continually flushing) and the extractor fan was on constantly. We were moved to room 55. This room was hotter than hell, no aircon, windows that open 2 inches at most and a fan supplied to push the hot air around. To get to room you get a lift to the 2nd floor and then go through a maze of corridors and down two flights of stairs. And you can’t see the tv from the bed. Premier Inn really need to install aircon, our room did not get below 28 degrees even in the middle of the night.

Smelt bad and dirty not clean at all puddles on the floor, dirt all on the floor dust everywhere and made me ill would say not to use and stuff where always hiding in the back room and so miserable when you had to talk to them from start to finish not worth the money

Premier Inn Hotel Liverpool (Roby) is a great looking building with architecture dating back to 1840. We're set in our own grounds with a large garden for you to relax in, and there are excellent transport links into the centre of Liverpool, perfect for business or pleasure.
City of culture, home to two iconic football clubs, and the place where British pop music began. There's so much that's unique about Liverpool. If you're here in September, don't miss the Liverpool International Music Festival. When the music's over, come back to the hotel for some great food at our Table Table restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
