Accessible room not that accessible. Bed extremely low down and shower in the bath rather than walk in. Difficult for wheelchair users like myself! Dated rooms and bar area. Bar staff appeared disorganised but reception staff very efficient. All staff friendly. Welcomed tge 360° fan in our room. Bathroom a little stale smelling and room a bit musty smelling on arrival.

"I always stay at a Premier Inn"
I'm 90 disabled and deaf , staff very patient with me, bed / pillows so comfy, Breakfast was good, waitresses helped me by putting what I wanted on plate, and carried my meal and tea to table.

"Ideal base to go into Liverpool"
Nice place to stay, ideal if want to go into Liverpool as we did to drop the daugther at uni. It's about 15 mins on the train and roby station is less than a 10 min walk. Watch out Sundays though as trains r much less frequent.
Hotel breakfast was nice and hotel room was as expected, only negitive is no aircon but there is a fan in the room if needed.

I can highly recommend Derby Lodge rooms nice and clean the staff are amazing nothing too much trouble and the food well we thought was amazing. Id forgot my iron so there was one available at no cost . Will hopefully visit again at some point . Thank you for a lovely stay xx

Premier Inn Hotel Liverpool (Roby) is a great looking building with architecture dating back to 1840. We're set in our own grounds with a large garden for you to relax in, and there are excellent transport links into the centre of Liverpool, perfect for business or pleasure.
City of culture, home to two iconic football clubs, and the place where British pop music began. There's so much that's unique about Liverpool. If you're here in September, don't miss the Liverpool International Music Festival. When the music's over, come back to the hotel for some great food at our Premier Inn restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
