Excellent stay, check in very easy, nice building, comfy bed & clean room. Exactly what I needed after a busy day at work, will definitely return if I'm back in the Liverpool area!

Really nice hotel. Staff on the front desk were great. I think the receptionist was Claire, credit to the company. Rooms were clean and modern just like all other premier inns are. Nice location too and only a short train into the city centre.

When we entered the room, we immediately found broken glass on the carpet.
This is a well-known hotel chain, so I find this level of cleanliness and safety completely unacceptable. I was staying with my two young children, and someone could easily have been injured by the broken glass.
The carpet had clearly not been cleaned properly before our arrival. This is a very serious oversight and does not meet the standard I would expect from your hotel.
I hope you will investigate this matter and take steps to ensure it does not happen to other guests.

My stay at roby was fantastic, rooms were spotless staff could not have been more helpful, unfortunately the side of the hotel I stayed on had a boiler problem so there was no hot water, but reception was so helpful they had rooms clean and ready and offered them for people to use to shower and clean up hot water was back on later the same day all in all great stay and can’t wait to go back.

Premier Inn Hotel Liverpool (Roby) is a great looking building with architecture dating back to 1840. We're set in our own grounds with a large garden for you to relax in, and there are excellent transport links into the centre of Liverpool, perfect for business or pleasure.
City of culture, home to two iconic football clubs, and the place where British pop music began. There's so much that's unique about Liverpool. If you're here in September, don't miss the Liverpool International Music Festival. When the music's over, come back to the hotel for some great food at our Table Table restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
