I've spent a fair bit of time at Roby Premier Inn these past few months and I seriously can't fault it.
The staff are wonderful, Paige and Jade in particular but they are all absolutely wonderful. Incredibly helpful, warm and friendly. I can't sing their praises enough.
Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Restaurant is great and the food is lovely.
Location is perfect too.
I would highly recommend.

Service from all staff consistently good. Friendly greetings always. Reasonably priced stay. Good to have choice of meals available. Plenty of parking. Rooms comfortable. WiFi bit temperamental, but you can pay if you want better. Been returning here for many years.

Great premier inn clean room lovely breakfast staff friendly. Great location 5 min walk to train station 15min on train to city centre. One niggle was the restaurant could do with a bit of tlc.

Car park area is well maintained so great first impressions.
Receptionist on check in was welcoming, friendly and efficient which is exactly what you need.
Room was spotless and the bed was super comfy. Overlooked the beer garden which I thought may have been an issue but I didn’t hear a peep in the evening which was great. I was staying for 3 nights so requested some new towels on the morning of day 2, when I got back in the evening they were there ready for me in the room.
I only used the pub next door for drinks, service there was great too.
Overall top notch service and clean room! Thank you premier inn for another 10/10 stay.

Premier Inn Hotel Liverpool (Roby) is a great looking building with architecture dating back to 1840. We're set in our own grounds with a large garden for you to relax in, and there are excellent transport links into the centre of Liverpool, perfect for business or pleasure.
City of culture, home to two iconic football clubs, and the place where British pop music began. There's so much that's unique about Liverpool. If you're here in September, don't miss the Liverpool International Music Festival. When the music's over, come back to the hotel for some great food at our Table Table restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
