"Beautiful stay"
Beautiful stay at Roby as always, the young girl on reception with red hair was exceptional very chatty, happy and joyful. I got talking to one of the housekeepers Michaela who was more than happy to help me out with any extras that I needed she was very understanding and kind. The room was very clean, I will be back again!

"Lack of Aircon"
Location is good, staff,hotel and grounds are really nice only thing that lets this premier inn down is lack of Aircon around the place and in the rooms especially in a heatwave.

Stayed at Premier Inn Roby for 2 nights and I must say it’s one of the best I’ve been too. From the moment you walk through the doors the service from the staff is second to none, it feels so personal which is not what you expect from a big chain hotel.
The cleanliness standards again top tier. My room was just as you would expect from Premier Inn and I think my room was just painted it looked freshly refurbished.
Food next door was great too. Breakfast was cooked on order not a buffet style which we preferred. Tasted fresh.
Will be returning in the summer holidays instead of staying in the city centre! Thanks for a great stay.

Unbelievable experience at Roby premier inn Roby staff were so kind and attentive and willing to help with all my needs being elderly they helped me with my luggage and this was a great help and much appreciated. Room was really clean and restaurant food and service also great

Went for dinner here got a fine for using car park - will never be coming again
No clear signs , not informed by staff to register. Feels like a scam

Premier Inn Hotel Liverpool (Roby) is a great looking building with architecture dating back to 1840. We're set in our own grounds with a large garden for you to relax in, and there are excellent transport links into the centre of Liverpool, perfect for business or pleasure.
City of culture, home to two iconic football clubs, and the place where British pop music began. There's so much that's unique about Liverpool. If you're here in September, don't miss the Liverpool International Music Festival. When the music's over, come back to the hotel for some great food at our Table Table restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.
