      "A nice clean room and bathroom"
      A nice clean room and bathroom situated next to a nice pub. Parking was taken care of as it was an Europarks. a warme welcome at receptiuona dn the room was very quiet, no noise from any other guests. A good location to go to Anfield to see a concert.
      "Lovely hotel."
      The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was really comfy. A big thank you to all the staff, Tracey and Lisa were great, so friendly. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them, they want to make sure everything is going okay with your stay. We will stay here again when visiting the area. Lovely atmosphere and trouble free stay!

      This is the best Premier Inn for miles around, it’s a twenty minute drive from here to visit our families and we’ve stayed in others in Liverpool but the staff here are top of the pops! The rooms are spotless, the staff are the stars of the show! Lisa checked us in, always smiling she makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Extra special this trip as Liverpool had just won the Premiership and Tracy was smiling more than ever! She’s a diamond, always enquires about our family, always concerned that everything is okay with our stay! Love this place, if we win the lottery I’m moving in!

      We ended up booking this hotel last minute—just hours before check-in—after a disappointing experience with our Airbnb. Despite the short notice, the staff at Premier Inn Rainhill were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Dave, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and comfortable. The hotel is small and located a bit far from the city centre, but the area is peaceful and well-connected, making it a convenient choice if you're okay with a short commute. Dave made a real difference—he was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience that turned a stressful day into a comfortable one. We’ll definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Liverpool!

      Staff, tracey, Louise and Tina are absolutely amazing the most loveliest people I’ve ever met. Even gave us an Easter egg for our son. Hotel is lovely and welcoming. Love the free car park as well. Room was absolutely spot on 1000% recommend this hotel
