Great staff all helpful and friendly would recommend staying here .Restaurant very good in quality and costings. you should use your 15% discount voucher for the Beefeater Grill. You get this when you are checking in. Great all round stay

"Excellent stay , no problems at all ."

Stayed here on a visit to Rampworx skatepark . Receptionist was very pleasant and it was good to have a smiling face greet us after the long trip from Ayrshire . As with other Premier Inns this is up to the standard of the others I have stayed at which is very good indeed . We had a family room and the kids went free which was great .

"Great value for money"

We have just spent three nights at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable with a good supply of hot water. Meals are served in the adjacent Beefeater and the staff are very helpful. The free WI-FI is almost non existent in the rooms, we did not try the Premium service, but there is good free WI-FI in the Beefeater bar/restaurant. There is no USB or charging point in the room so bring an adapter for your toothbrush or razor. If you are going to Aintree it is possible to walk there and back, we did it, but it is a bit of a trek. Walk to Old Roan station, about 5 minutes, and go one stop on the train, or cross the main road there to walk to the racecourse. Or better still book an Uber which costs £3-5. Old Roan station is easy to walk to and the trains to Liverpool Centre run every 15 minutes during the day and every half hour at night. It is a cheap, safe and efficient way to get to Liverpool Centre. If we return to Liverpool we would happily use this hotel again.

"Been to better Premier Inns..."

Tucked out of the way although close to the motorway. This facility does not have a lift available. You have to walk outside to get your breakfast, its ok I suppose unless its rainy, windy and cold. Like it was when I stayed there.

"A very pleasant stop over !!"

I wasn’t expecting much from a chain hotel, after all they are reasonably priced so you expect bog standard. It was much better than expected. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. The bedroom was very clean and had everything needed. It was cosy and comfortable. The mattress was brilliant, as were the pillows. The restaurant next door was nice. The steak was delicious. Breakfast was a bargain. You could have what you wanted and as much as you wanted. All the waitresses were happy and polite. I’d be more than happy to stay here again.
