"Shocking stay."
Extremely dirty room. Dust on every surface. Blood on bed sheets. Dirt next to bed. Stains on all towels. Limescale in kettle. Hairs in bath and shower. Soap holder fell apart. Staff did not help upon complaining, gave us more towels that were meant to be “clean” and appeared with more stains and hairs on. Very loud as on main road, location however is good for getting to the airport.

I would strongly advise anyone staying here to be extremely careful with their belongings.
After checking out, I realised I had accidentally left my Apple AirPods in the room. I expected that, if found by housekeeping, they would be handed into lost property.
Instead, my Apple Find My app shows that the AirPods have since travelled and are now active. They were never handed into lost property or returned to me. I have screenshots showing their location.
This has left me with serious concerns about how guests’ lost property is handled. I have made a formal complaint to Premier Inn and have advised them that, if this matter is not resolved, I will be reporting it to the police so the circumstances can be investigated.
Accidents happen, and I fully accept that leaving my AirPods behind was my mistake. However, guests should be able to trust that items left in their room will be treated honestly. Sadly, that was not my experience.
I sincerely hope Premier Inn investigates this thoroughly, as this has completely undermined my confidence in the security and integrity of the hotel’s lost property process.

Danny was such a nice guy and really helped me on my queries of the local area. Breakfast was amazing, nice and hotel with a range of options.
My room was spotless and nice and cool in the hot weather. I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend.

"misleading charges"
said here with my son on 24/5/26. Had prebooked the meal deal, dinner and breakfast for £28 and kids eat free. However when we went for the evening meal i was abruptly told the kids eat free didn't apply to the evening meal as their manager told them the deals don't apply as they are an airport hotel. i was too tired to argue so ordered the food which wasn't the best. When i went to pay they tried to charge me for the prepaid meal. When i raised this they reduce the bill but charged me the full amount for the extra meal but it was supposed to be a starter and main for £18. found this very misleading.
