    "Great place to stay when exploring Liverpool"
    Great location, clean rooms, comfy bed. Friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, everything we needed or wanted was there. Check in & check out was super easy. We had a perfect 3 night stay & will definitely stay again. Love it.

    From the outset, my experience fell short of expectations, despite the food quality being quite impressive. I found it difficult to sleep, as there was an inconsiderate guest above me who stomped around throughout the night, and the unpleasant odors in the corridors and rooms were very off-putting. Additionally, one of the team members, Ryan, exhibited a level of arrogance and a lack of hospitality that detracted from the overall experience. The standout feature of my stay was undoubtedly the quality food at the restaurant.

    Very expensive, tired hotel, bathroom and bedroom not clean, parking expensive, good location needs revamping, wouldn’t go again.
    "No Air Conditioning"
    Generally we are happy to go to a Premier Inn. However, on this occasion the promised air conditioning was not working in our allocated room (unlike that in which our daughters were staying). As a result we had two very poor nights' sleep.
