    "Less is Moorfields "
Room 426. We arrived a bit early so waited in the lobby area. This hotel has no kerb appeal as it down a side street slap bang opposite a big multi storey carpark so if your room is at the front you will get no views at all. I know it's a city centre hotel for convenience but that's it. The road it's on seems to be a through run for druggies and homeless people which is a shame. While we were waiting for our key we had to witness nothing less an entitled gobby woman sounding off about how she was being forced out after being rehomed and had been staying at this hotel for a couple of months. I think the staff should have took this outside to be honest but let her rant on for a good half an hour. Not a good look for the hotel. Anyway, all that are the bad points, now for the good. We made our way up to our room. There are 2 ways up and both secure because both the stairs and the lift require room key access. Once in the room (apart from the view of the aforementioned car park) we found it clean and tidy and the bed very comfy. We dined in the adjoined restaurant for our evening meal. It was a well set out area and you could choose your seat. It took a while from ordering to getting your food but it was worth it. My burger was cooked beautifully but it was missing the onions rings. Upon mentioning this to a young lady serving she promptly went off and came back with a bowl of them for me. Great service. Breakfast the next day was a full variaty of hot and continental choices and catered for all tastes. All in all the rooms and the dining were the best bit about this hotel, the front of house staff try their best to handle awkward guests but if that's where the government put these people then they can't be blamed really. Don't let this put you off staying as this hotel is ideal for city centre just not the best looking for views
"Very good overall, with minor caveats"
I have just returned home after a three night stay here, and was very happy indeed with the hotel overall. The location is excellent, pretty much exactly a 10-minute walk from Lime Street station and slightly less from the shops in the city centre, as well as the Cavern quarter. The hotel feels in need of some updating in places; the reception area and restaurant are modern and well done but the stairs and my room both felt just a little bit shabby in parts. But everywhere was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was well maintained with a decent shower. There was quite a lot of noise during the working day from the building site across the road in my room but very little in the evening/night for central Liverpool. Breakfast was very good although I have had better Premier Inn ones, mainly in little details like readily available alternative milks (without having to find someone to ask) or having bananas every day. But I do like the crumpets! All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely consider staying here again when I next visit Liverpool.
    "Great location"
Great location, well staffed, clean, great breakfast and multi-storey parking right outside the entrance (£9/24 hours). Will definitely stay again
"Premier Inn four day stay with breakfast"
Lovely Premier Inn. Great location. Staff very pleasant and attentive. Breakfast and dining room very good. Nice atmosphere. Good choice of breakfast items and drinks. Would definitely return to this Premier Inn.
"Great place to stay when exploring Liverpool"
Great location, clean rooms, comfy bed. Friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, everything we needed or wanted was there. Check in & check out was super easy. We had a perfect 3 night stay & will definitely stay again. Love it.
