"Trip with family"
On getting to this hotel the floors were dirty abd still dirty after2 days button in lift broken which didn't look good the room was lovely but when wanting coffee tea etc for a premier room was given kenco not pods 1 reason why I upgrade disappointing when I ask for milk the staff were lovely but got told they hadn't got any. Breakfast was very disappointing also I wouldn't stay here again
"Good location."
Room ok.we had an issue with the lights going off.we were given a different key for them.however this seems like a known issue.why not hand out at check in.very small check in desk.having said that, the gentleman(who worked Friday night and Saturday on reception was very helpful and helped book us for our evening meal. The toilet roll was in a holder like a public bathroom and there wasn’t much in.which isn’t good in a hotel when you are staying more than one night.it felt very strange.i did ask for this to be topped up when we were running low.however they only put a bit in.so you felt like you would run out.the shower gel holders aren’t very clean.so I brought my own.the air con was amazing.location of the hotel is excellent. We ate in the restaurant on the first night as we arrived late and the food was very nice and nicely presented.the meal deal was actually worth it.over all a good stay.the hotel is in a good location.
"Could do with a few more staff"
Very handy for the city centre No one on the front desk and check in barcode for self scan didn’t work. Breakfast was ok but people kept having to ask for things because not enough staff to stock up and clean.
"Great Central Location"
Typical premier inn in a great location. Can’t really get much more central. Parking pretty much next door in a multi story car park that you can pay on exit. Think it was about £20 for a night. Seems like a new property and usual premier inn breakfast in the mornings. Easy and convenient. Be mindful that it seems to fill up with football fans on game days, if that isn’t your thing….
"Premier inn stay"
We got there about 2:45pm, had to wait till 3pm to check in, there was a queue for the machines, there was a problem with the check in, staff were seeing to other customers! Eventually when checked in and went to the room, the room was not cleaned! The cleaner came in just after we walked in the room, our room was not on her list to say new people were checking in! Me and my daughter went out the room for a while until the cleaner had cleaned! I went to reception, had to wait to speak to someone because the staff was dealing with numerous other complaints from other guests! When I spoke to the staff member she didn’t really care! Once everything was sorted the stay was good!
