"Wonder full time"
Stayed at the premier inn on hanover st liverpool could not fault the room I stayed in it was spotless and clean must give a shout out to Abdul who sorted the tv out for me as it was not working properly I would definitely stay again
"Disaster hotel"
Disaster hotel No clean the room for 3 nights. The drain tap locked closed and no one comes to repair it. Finished without toilet paper etc etc
"Good location and clean room."
I was worried when I read the recent reviews but we got a very clean, quiet room and we slept well. You can park in Q-park Hanover, it was secure and plenty of EV chargers. The hotel is in great location. We came at 5pm, no queue in self check in but I wished that at least it should be manned all the time.
"A great wee break"
Had a great time in Liverpool on a wee break. My mum and I came over from Belfast for 2 nights. Stayed in a premier plus room which was great. Fridge etc is a nice wee touch. Food in this hotel was very good and hotel is central to everything. A big shout out to Nathan who is just a star. Premier inn are lucky to have him and I hope he gets recognized by them. Staff all work very hard. Will definitely be back.
"Trip with family"
On getting to this hotel the floors were dirty abd still dirty after2 days button in lift broken which didn't look good the room was lovely but when wanting coffee tea etc for a premier room was given kenco not pods 1 reason why I upgrade disappointing when I ask for milk the staff were lovely but got told they hadn't got any. Breakfast was very disappointing also I wouldn't stay here again

In the afternoon you could cheer on the Blues or the Reds, or why not visit the Beatles Story. After a hard day's night, come back to the hotel for some food and a lovely, comfy bed.
