Liverpool City Centre (Liverpool One) hotel

Great location but only one lift working for a 5 floor hotel made going up and down a nightmare, great parking nearby, room too hot- glad I have older children as no room to move or breath and windows don't open, Aircon poor, no room for breakfast so make sure to pre-book.

A great Premier Inn in a super location. Stayed here during October half term for a family trip to Liverpool. The location is great - easy access to Liverpool One and we made the most of the lights trail too. The car park (Q park) is right next door. I we paid £20 for 24hrs parking and it really suited us. The night we stayed was very busy and the hotel was fully booked. We arrived at 16.30 but did have to wait 30 mins for our room. The staff do their best, I honestly don’t think they could work harder! When ready, our room was clean and comfortable. We all had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was to the usual Premier Inn standard. With the hotel being fully booked, it was understandably very busy - again, staff worked hard and could have probably done with more hands on deck! Overall we had a great stay in a fantastic city!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. My asn son loved his bacon every morning. We’ve stayed here 3 times now and is extremely close to Liverpool one, lime street station highly recommend. We will be back next year we are going to make it a yearly trip for the anniversary of my mums passing. My son loves the hotel and even bought a bear that was for charity. Staff were really understanding and aided to my sons needs and was patient when his speech wasn’t great as he has communication difficulties.

Disappointing premier inn to be honest. Only 1 lift working, absolute chaos as so busy and everyone needs to use them. Staff unpleasant, especially the lady on check in. The place looks grubby and the carpets are absolutely rotten with stains. Black marks everywhere. Wasn't keen and would choose the Premier inn on the docks next time we come.

Excellent position in Liverpool town centre, close to shops, tourist attractions and restaurants/snack bars. As always with Premier Inn, the room/bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was perfect with a large modern shower and plenty of soap and towels. The hotel was very full on the Saturday night, but any noise didn't get into the room. There were curtains which kept out the light and any street lights. There was an easy to use air conditioning / heating thermostat. The flat screen TV was on the wall and easily seen from the bed. There were coat hangers in the wardrobe and plenty of shelving to cater for all needs. The WiFi was good and strong and there were both sockets and usb ports in the room. I hadn't been able to complete my check-in on line (my fault), but there was a receptionist available to complete it for me when I arrived in Liverpool, which was great. I do advise booking early as there seems to be dynamic pricing, however breakfast can either be booked ahead or not, the price is fixed (for English breakfast or Continental breakfast) and you can just turn up to the restaurant in the morning.
