Liverpool City Centre (Liverpool One) hotel

Absolutely shocking house keeping would not stay here again after waking up with bites on ankles and legs ,we complained to duty manager Nadine who asked house keeper to change bedding and check bed ,however when we came back on the evening nothing had been done no clean bedding also said there was nothing in the bed ,8 could simply not stay in the bed another night so we had to be moved to another room ,we were there 4 days requested room clean nothing also clean towels nothing we had to go to reception to ask for these every day ,when we got back I complained to customer services there feedback from the hotel was there was nothing in the bed and no room clean was logged ,which is a total lie why would we stay there 4 days with no room cleaned ,I asked again for part refund still they stuck together and made me out to be a lier despite my stay being horrible due to such poor house keeping of bed not even been changed when this was requested by Nadine ,which later was said after customer services asked her for more info on our visit which she replied no request had been made for change of bedding as there was nothing in the bed which was a lie

Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location. Right beside Liverpool One and the Bus station. Also close to restaurants and pubs. Breakfast was fabulous every day

Excellent central location, clean and very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Couldnt recommend it more and good deals on food
