"Really good"
The location is on Hanover street with a Tesco across the road and theatre towards the train station, the value for money was good. You can get to the premier inn easily from the station once you know the way to go.There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel,it was quiet in the with people obeying the signs. It was safe and I felt welcomed in to the hotel. The rooms were clean with loads of space to get around. My only concern was that the room we were in wasn't shutting properly.Staff said to slam the door and maintenance knew all about it.

"Lacking fire and personal safety"
Unfortunately there were no staff present during repeated fire alarms causing confusion and danger; in the stairwell, guests excited, when others were simultaneously entering the lobby and climbing the stairs and attempting to use the lift.
There was no staff communication with guests during *5* repeated fire alarms. Cutting real staff and replacing them with self check in devices therefore led to what could realistically have been a catastrophic event.
Furthermore, windows to the room have been covered with another pane of glass. This means no windows will open. On arrival, the corridors smelt heavily of food and alcohol, coming from rooms.
This is concerning in relation to the spread of viruses for both guests and cleaning staff.
Continental pastries stale. Lack of breakfast selection. Poor quality foods.
Staff lacked knowledge of safeguarding and safety of guests by shouting out my room number! A mother with two daughters.
£140 for one night. Terrible. We will not return.

"Lovely Liverpool!"
Great location with really helpful, friendly staff. It was very clean and comfortable. They let us store our bags until the rooms were ready.

"Great location"
We stayed at Premier Inn Liverpool ONE for a Beatles trip and found the location really good for exploring Liverpool city centre. Everything was within easy reach, with plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions nearby.
We came mainly to do the Beatles tour, and while this hotel is very central, the Beatles Museum and Magical Mystery Tour departure point are down by the docks. If you’re driving, it may actually be easier staying at a Premier Inn closer to the docks as there’s no parking at this hotel, although there are nearby car parks available.
The staff were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay, which made a great impression. The only small downside was that the TV and hairdryer were a little temperamental, but I didn’t report it to reception and I’m sure they would have sorted it quickly if I had mentioned it.
Overall, a comfortable stay in a great central location and a good base for a Liverpool city break.

"Great central hotel for a fab price"
We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return. Location is central to both the town and bus station (very handy for using the airport bus). The room was spacious and clean, with very good lighting which is not always the case in a hotel room! Had a great nights sleep as the beds were comfortable and you couldn’t hear noise outside of the room. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to come to Liverpool for a cheap get away!
