"Nice hotel, but staff need training.."
We stayed here for a night during the bank holiday weekend, the location of this hotel was convenient due to only being a few minutes away from the train station. We had no issues with our room, but when we arrived, we were checking in but asked for our age and to provide ID as we “didn’t look our age” .. We’ve never had this at a premier inn before and unsure on why it was necessary. Surely a booking reference would’ve sufficed. Secondly - In the morning of our checkout at around 10.30 AM we heard a knock at the door and before we could react, the door opened and all we heard was, “housekeeping!” This clearly startled us as we had our DO NOT DISTURB sign on! They should not be entering until we have checked out!! This also happened to another one of my friends, same housekeeper, same sign on the door. We found this extremely disturbing and invasive. Overall, this hotel is similar to most premier inns but it’s difficult to overlook the staff.
"Usual Premier Inn functional comfort. Very convenient for Liverpool Lime Street station"
Stayed here when travelling on train. Couldn’t be a better location for rail travellers, just a few steps from the main Lime Street station entrance. We had opted for meal deal package as knew we would be tired from earlier travelling. Evening menu slightly limited but excellent cooked breakfast. Our room had a bath which always feels a bonus rather than just shower.
"The Best Premier Inn"
My husband and I are Liverpudlians who live in Hampshire. We took a group of friends to show them around our home town. We had a fantastic time. We stayed in Premier Inn Lime St. The staff were amazing .So accommodating and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms and communal areas were spotless. The breakfast although was buffet was almost cooked to order. There was a small amount of everything on the counter which was constantly being refreshed. Great. Would stay there again.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean and tidy and the food was nice. I had a long waiting time to check in on my first day but that can't be helped sometimes during the school holidays. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Sam & Lily. Food was freshly made and tasty. Brilliant at any time and very convenient for the station.
