"fairly disappointed"
The rooms have no opening windows which is an issue especially for someone with asthma. Our bed had springs coming out from the side of the mattress. Renewal of the mattresses would be good. Breakfast was not everyday tasty and some days they were out of eggs or bacon and we had to ask them to cook some. Friendly staff

Well located hotel with friendly staff and very clean. Slept really well - great bed! Will be back next time in Liverpool.

Great location for Lime Street & theatre. The staff are all very welcoming , friendly & really helpful. The hotel is clean & the bed was comfy. Breakfast choices were very good.

Staff were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Extremely convenient for everything Liverpool has to offer. One minute from Lime Street Station but not disturbed by any noise.
