    "Great Premier inn stay"
    Fantastic location - lovely clean, comfortable room. Also room was very quiet! The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely be returning in the future.

    Stayed for one night room was comfortable but still had previous owners decor in room can be noisy at times from inside and outside the breakfast was poor and overcooked and your feet stuck to the floor throughout the restaurant because it’s on the docks don’t think it’s special try the premier inn in the city centre well cleaner and modern

    Only stay here if you want to check in from around 7/8pm. Anything before that and it’s impossible as your room won’t be ready! If you want a hotel that has staff, don’t stay here. If you need a hotel with working lifts, don’t stay here. If you want breakfast definitely don’t stay here. If you want a hotel that doesn’t smell like wet dog in the corridors/reception area, then don’t stay here. The rooms themselves are lovely - if you have a window (a lot don’t and it’s not specified when booking that the majority of rooms are windowless. The location is fantastic for everywhere - that’s the main positive.

    Clean comfortable room, great location. Unfortunately the only let down was a young man working in the breakfast area was extremely rude. He is the reason for only 4 stars
    "In need of a serious clean and refurbishment "
    Whilst the hotel is in an great location on the docks, that's about the only positive thing I can say. It is in dire need of an upgrade and a good clean. The room was really musty and there was no aircon/ventilation or means of opening the windows so it was unbearably warm. The windows were absolutely filthy so you could barely see what would have been a nice view of the docks. The bedroom was tired, grubby and really dusty. There were holes in the curtains. The bathroom was small, far too hot, poorly lit, and in need of a good clean, lick of paint and a new shower. Breakfast was chaotic as there was only one functioning coffee machine (with a massive queue) and not enough staff on to deal with the volume of customers. The floor was horrible and sticky. On the plus side, at least we didn't have a room on the main corridor to the restaurant, as the floorboards were so creaky, I doubt I would have got any sleep at all. I used to be a loyal Premier Inn customer but certainly won't be back to this one. It's simply not good enough.
