"Don’t stay here st Albert Dock Livetpool"
Unhelpful response to draft and noise due to a window overlooking the riverfront not shutting. I expect peace quiet and comfort.
A phone not was unhelpful and reception didn’t answer my phone call On a scale of 1 to 10 the am score do fat is zero.

"Great bade"
Great location, easy to access lots of activities, good breakfast, as much as you wanted, great evening meal, with a drink in the meal deal, we were very satisfied with the amount of food available, very busy but well managed and great views over the docks. Great old building with original brick and metal work. Room was too hot and window didn't open unfortunately, it wasn't hot outside, Aircon didn't work and could have done with another fan, it never materialised after I'd asked, but staff were extremely busy and covered reception and the bar, very nice young people. Would definitely stay again and the heat was the only issue.

"Disappointed with air conditioning, bed and noone available to complain to"
Location very good, right on the Albert dock, near restaurants bars and shops and Beatles museums
Good atmosphere as a whole
Room initially loved it, however we found that our toilet seat in room 326 moved when you sat on it, the shower had no grab rails, my double mattress was lower on one side which made me feel like I was falling out of bed, but otherwise comfortable on one side only.
Adequate tea and coffee facilities, just a kettle and the usual tea, coffee, milk and sugar sachets, replacements readily available in reception.
Only one chair to sit on (in a family room) my bed was too high to sit on generally. Curtains were difficult to shut.
The biggest problem was the extremely noisy air conditioning unit. We had to turn it off completely. How people in the heatwave coped with that ive no idea.
Went to complain about this in reception, but every time there was no staff in reception.
In fact there seemed to be a lack of staff overall. The bar restaurant- although open 24/7 was frequently not staffed in the afternoon, and apparently those staff were covering reception and the bar on 2 different floors at the same time.
However very accommodating with our birthday celebrations for our friend who was 70, let us reserve tables and put out a massive balloon and our own cake.
Very clean hotel, no issues with that.
Coffee machine at breakfast needed constantly filling and the staff werent on hand all the time to get this filled,so often I had to just have Americano rather than latte or cappuccino. Good choice of breakfast items. And you could have as much as you liked.
Noise levels at night were ok, except for the last night when our neighbours were talking that loudly I thought thry were in our room. So maybe it would benefit for some soundproofing. Room was expensive but at the tail end of our visit it was International Beatles week, so the hotel was really busy.
Lots to do and see, 2 museums, shops, bars and restaurants in the Albert dock and Liverpool city centre was only a short walk away.
Internet wasnt very good signal and didnt last long.
