    "Abrupt Manager. Mold in room.."
    I had a really disappointing experience at the hotel. The room had a damp smell, and the curtains were covered in mold. When we requested a room change, the manager informed us that she had other priorities and didn’t consider our situation important. As a result, we decided to leave and find alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, there was no apology from the manager at any point. Her demeanor was quite abrupt. It seems that a customer-facing role may not be the right fit for her.

    I can honestly say I couldn't fault it,it was clean and tidy in all areas,the staff were all well manerd and polite, the breakfast was very good,and the location is excellent

    I was so worried by all the negative reviews before we visited that I regretted booking the hotel; our experience, however, was GREAT and therefore I felt I had to leave a positive review! We booked a family room for four. We found it spacious and comfortable. We had a great view over the Royal Albert Dock. We read reviews that the rooms were too hot - so we took our own fan - but it turned out that the aircon was working and our room was actually beautifully cool. Ok, so the decor and bathroom could probably do with a freshen up but for a short stay it was more than fine and much cheaper than other nearby options. It was also the only hotel I could find that could accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenagers in one room. Most importantly, it was clean. The location was fantastic: very close to the Beatles Story and the bus stops for the tours. There are loads of restaurants and bars within a very short walk. We found the staff to be very helpful when we checked in and out. Can't fault it really, good value for money and would definitely stay again.

    "Best Premier inn we’ve visited"
    The best Premier Inn I’ve stayed in. Loved the fact it was so central and it is housed in the former tobacco warehouse. Most other Premier inns are new and modern with each room being the same. I can maybe understand some of the previous comments if this is what you’re used to. We appreciated the quirky rooms . Would have loved to have had an opening window but appreciate for safety and the aesthetics of the grade 1 listed building it may not be possible in every room. Friendly helpful staff. We didn’t eat here because of the wide range of coffee shops and restaurants in the area but we didn’t eat here have drinks in the bar. Suggest if you want a taxi to download UBER app. There is a phone in reception to order a taxi but it took a while to come.
