    "Okay stay."
Nice stay, clean hotel.the staff were friendly, Only downside was very noisy arguing all through the night so we got no sleep.
    "One of Liverpool best."
Excellant - stay over for a LFC game and stadium tour. Fantastic building, history of Liverpool and heritage of the building well developed. Just a lovely building with great facilities and very friendly helpful staff.
"Was a surprise for my partners 50th staff in restaurant staff came out with a cake and joined in with a happy birthday"
Hotel in a great spot, staff helpful and friendly.. Rooms could do with a bit of TLC and also a chair in the bedroom would be helpful
"Upgraded room to view docks, got view of car park"
We booked this stay for one of our clients who had just performed at Manchester pride and was making a stop in Liverpool. We paid to upgrade (almost £100) for a view of the docks, yet got a car park and buying work. There was a dirty sock in the window panels. No bedside shelves. A huge section broken on the vanity. A tiny tv and the room was filthy. The one thing they loved was the style/brickwork etc. When we reported the receptionist was rude and told client that it wasn't her problem, we get what we get. Nothing was done to clean or remove sock. We should have been given the room upgrade we paid for. Not a polite receptionist and she had no customer service. She should have come and inspected the room and sorted it out and had dirty sock removed and broken things replaced.
"Avoid! Location is only good point!"
Tired and run down trading on location and reputation of orher premier inn. Check in was chaotic and extremely slow. Massive queue we left and came back later still no better. Room.. window was filthy on the inside. No tea and coffee left in room had to collect it from a stand in reception.... which was always empty. No phone or plug sockets next to bed No tooth glasses in bathroom Only one towel for the two of us No iron or ironing board in room. We did establish these are are at guest services on each floor but we had to go to every floor to find a set. These sound fairly easy to put right until you realise there is No phone to ring reception! So everytime we realised we were missing something we had to go all the way down to reception. Walls are paper thin and divided across a window so we could hear every conversation in the next room. Lenny Henry would not have liked this room! Breakfast very poor. Constantly running out of basics with long waits for replacements. Stale bread every single morning, Sloppy waterey scrambled eggs, hard fried egg, uncooked tomatoes. Had to order the porridge which was slammed down in front of me. Forced to sit amoungst dirty tables because there was nobody to clear them and we weren't allowed to sit in the clean area. Hotel is massively understaffed and the staff they have are completely overstretched at busy times... not their fault. On a positive note location is great. We are regular visitors to family in liverpool and this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in in the city.
