Liverpool City Centre (Albert Dock) hotel

Fabulous location for the docks - lovely breakfast to keep you going with a good choice of .options. Paid the £15 early check in which for us was worth it . Hotel was in need of a refurb looking tried and worn. Our room didn’t have the best views , the window wouldn’t open and the air conditioning was intermittent. Shower dripped and was a struggle to turn off. I wasn’t impressed with the charges I booked the end of last year - flexi booking pay on arrival was able to check in the night before to make it quicker my room price went up over £8 more not much but no explanation has to why my price had good up from my original booking

Another great visit to Albert Dock Premier Inn. We booked early check in for a room with a view, arrived just after 11am to find we had been given a family room with a view overlooking the Mersey - very nice. The room and bathroom were spotless, ample sockets, very comfy beds. The ONLY downside was the Aircon struggled to keep us cool even on the lowest setting but it was 30-35 degrees outside during our stay. I know we could have asked for a fan but we had a little one with us and was only staying 2 nights. This certainly will not put us off returning! We opted for the meal deal and I would say the £27.99 each was worth it. We had fish & chips with garden peas each, followed by Biscoff Cheese Cake (I was gutted I couldn't eat it all as I was so stuffed from the main meal!) and a drink each. All was very tasty. Breakfast & drinks(s) the following morning were included in the Meal Deal. Again, very nice. We absolutely love the character of the building, the iron pillars and brick walls & ceilings. The squeaky floorboards and the maze effect to get to the room - all part of the experience which we love. All the staff have been courteous, friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

Always thought this was a great place. Love the old feel of Albert dock, and this being an old warehouse that still retains some of the original ironwork inside and outside of the building. The view and setting still has a very maritime feel about it. Catch the prices right and your onto a winner. Feel very sorry for the staff. Long hours and having to deal with problems as well as dealing with the restaurant issues. Caleb was a star, chatting with us and sorting rooms and he was so apologetic about us not being able to eat there. So great place, lovely staff, but restaurant, disastrous!

Spent 4 nights holidaying with family. Staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Caleb - you are a star, also thank you Leanne, Emma and Faye.

Beautiful location. Part of the historical dock. Well done and tasteful which a lot of the area is not really. Helpful pleasant staff It’s an enjoyable place to stay and the usual bumper good value breakfast Premier Inn provide. Did notice that all the beers they seemed to sell were not local. Not even from UK. Just a thought as it’s so so local in every other way. Premier Inn always a great choice. Amazing locations. Hugely reliable. Well trained staff. Thanks. Xxx
