    "Worst Premier Inn Ever"
Considering This Premier Inn is in a Prime Location, Albert Dock and Next to the Arena, It Really needs a Updating to be more like the Newer Premier Inns. We booked a Year in advance but were Given a Room on the Second Floor right Next to the Door which leads onto the Corridor, so every time someone came through the Door it Banged Shut, we went to Reception to be asked to be moved to be Told No other Rooms are available, we told them about the Door to Which we got Told they have a Quiet Policy and there is Security at night !!! Er so a Security man is going to Stand outside our Room on Floor two as people come Through the Door REALLY !! so the Noise at Night was Awful with people coming to there Rooms as it was late Due to a Concert at The Arena Also Check in is Slow at 3pm as a Long Queue Forms and only One Person on the Desk. There is Better Premier Inns in Liverpool
"Great location shame about the rest"
Positives first, great location and reasonably priced car parking. There ends the positives. The previous occupants hair was still in the sink, offputting and a major housekeeping fail. The air conditioning didn't work, which in a room with no opening windows, led to a sweaty and uncomfortable night. When we raised this at reception at checkout, we were told that we should have checked the website as there was a note that the air con in some rooms didn't work: but that there was no way to book a room with working air con, it was just pot luck. This is very poor service from a hotel chain which allegedly prides itself on providing a good nights sleep or else.
    "Disappointing"
Yes, of course, it did have a comfortable bed and the breakfast is great but ... Our room was quite dingy (not much natural light), and it was quite musty. The air-con was out of service and it was not possible to open a window. No effective exreactor in the bathroom, so after a couple of showers, it was rather dank. The hotel really does needa make-over as it is well below the normal standard for a Premier Inn
"Nights stay for a concert to M&S Arena"
Lovely characterful building. Have stayed here a few times. Rooms are always clean, shower is so good. Only thing I could note it the check in process. We got there about 2.15 told we can’t book in till 3 unless we pay £15. Receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Came back at 3 to find a long queue with only one gentleman on reception. It took quite some time to get booked in. He was however very pleasant, smoky & chatty
    "Few nights away"
Amazing hotel. The fact they have kept as much detail from its former life as a factory is brilliant. Rooms are excellent, had a view of the dock from our room. Staff were very welcoming and polite. Enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast. Both were very well cooked. Good location for a visit to dock and also to walk into the city centre. Have stayed in another Premier Inn within Liverpool in the past. Have decided the Albert Dock one is the hotel we will use going forward.
