    "Could do better"
Walked into our room looked lovely and clean no dust bed was spotless. Then walked into the bathroom and staring me in the eyes black mould around the bath not a little but long strips of it under the tap between the tiles 🤮Spoke to receptionist said we would have vacate room for a few hours so next we went into the city of Liverpool at 9am got back after 4 hours and had not been touched😡the excuse was the fire alarm went off. Got moved to another room and so much better. Went to the restaurant and bar no one serving a lovely member of house keeping called for someone to serve no one turned up. So left and went to a bar around the corner, all in all not the best .
"Nice hotel let down by noise."
Never been let down by a premier inn before, still haven’t but this is the closest I have been. Me and my partner stayed here for two nights to visit Liverpool and Anfield. Check in was very quick and simple. Our room was located on the fourth floor and getting to the room from the ground floor was like a maze. The room was clean on first impressions and the bed was very comfy. There was mould beside the shower in the bathroom which doesn’t bother me much but i know it would bother others, but the cleanliness standard wasn’t there. Lovely view from the room but it was disturbed by the excessive drilling and banging by workmen from 8am onwards which woke me up and kept me up. I would be okay with this if the staff gave us any indication that this would have been happening during our stay but there wasn’t any signs. Overall a relatively pleasant stay and would be back again once the works or whatever is going on is done.
    "Uncomfortable"
Paid for early checking with a view over the river On arrival no rooms were available unless we dropped the room with a view Five other couples one couple with a child with disabilities arguing with the reception to be told read your T@cs only if a room was available only Early checking in should be made clear The room that we had over the back of the building the windows could not be open and air-conditioning not working the night was so uncomfortable 😫 Tip you are paying for early checking in which is not made clear on arrival a room might nit be available Very poor from the premier in False advertisement
"Very poor shabby hotel in desperate need for refurb. Awful unfortunately."
Very poor shabby hotel In desperate need for a refurb. Room was sparse and barren with 1 chair and a tiny TV in the corner which was too far away to see. Windows were filthy. We requested daily room cleaning but it didn't happen once on our 3 night stay. Public areas were dirty and despite us mentioning about spills on a glass door, it was never cleaned. The staff were very nice but I felt they had been let down by premier inn. This was the 3rd premier inn we had stayed in this holiday and others were fine. The location of the hotel is very good.
    "Visit to Liverpool football club"
Stayed here with my daughter and Grandson for a couple of nights to watch the football at Anfield, the room was really nice we stayed in room 110 the air con was a treat as it was very warm weather also a fan available in room if required, good size room with a great view outside , the staff were really friendly, breakfast was nice help yourself big dining room with great view, they let us leave our luggage for the day until we went home free taxi booking from reception , we will definitely be staying here again next time we come everything on your doorstep
