"Good standard as ever. You can rely on on them"
Beautiful location. Part of the historical dock. Well done and tasteful
which a lot of the area is not really. Helpful pleasant staff It’s an enjoyable place to stay and the usual
bumper good value breakfast Premier Inn provide. Did notice that all the beers they seemed to sell were not local. Not even from UK. Just a thought as it’s so so local in every other way. Premier Inn always a great choice. Amazing locations. Hugely reliable. Well trained staff. Thanks. Xxx

"A return visit"
We had been to the Premier Inn at the Albert Dock in January and found our stay quite relaxing so a return visit was in order during the school holidays. We decided to return to the same hotel as we'd become accustomed to the facilities in and around the hotel. The Hotel was a good bit busier but it still retained some of the previous quiet ara that we had experienced in January.
Room wise we were low down on the first floor and at times the noise from outside was excessive I later found out that there was two sets of windows and the outer ones were open and therefore didn't help to blanket the noise. Once this was addressed the noise certainly abated a good bit. You will still get delivery trucks and bin lorries but there's nothing that you can complain about that won't make you look like a professional "Karen".

"Disappointing stay"
I think the hotel could do with a revamp and some premier rooms. Our bedroom aircon didn’t work, it was leaking all over the floor and when we told the front desk, all they did was turn it off… which defies the point as the room was boiling and we just had a little fan in there instead. The TV was also tiny and far away from the bed. The bathroom was full of black mould on the ceiling because the fan extractor didn’t work and it got so hot and steamy in there. It also stunk of urine. It didn’t feel clean. There were holes in the curtain in the bedroom as well. We paid for breakfast for two days and the first day it was fine but the second day was awful. The pastries weren’t restocked and neither were the juices or water, we couldn’t get a drink other than the hot drinks machine the whole time we were sat down for breakfast which was 45-60 mins because they were all empty. Don’t get me wrong I don’t expect the Ritz with a budget hotel but I expect things like aircon and extractor fans to be working as they should and breakfast to be fully stocked… and maybe no mould in the bathroom isn’t too much to ask? Great location and comfy bed, bedding and pillows but rough around the edges and not even a quarter as good as some other premier inns we’ve stayed at.

"A below par Premier Inn"
1) Bath overflow cover missing
2) Bathroom fan not working
3) Bathroom ceiling moldy
4) Skirting boards shoddy and not looked after
5) TV is tiny and not in keeping to our expectations set by other Premier Inn hotels
6) Windows dirty and generally not cleaned
7) Not asked how our stay was at checkout

"Smell near lifts is awful…!"
Stayed here a handful of times over the past 5 years or so. Unfortunately won’t be returning. The smell near the lifts is absolutely revolting. It’s honestly disgusting. It’s been there for a while now and seems to be getting worse. Rooms need a refurb. But the smell alone is enough to put anyone off.
