"Great stay"
Visited Liverpool for a conference and did not drive. Large car park right on site. So this hotel was well situated and only 8mins walk from Hamilton Square station, easy train and bus commute to the docks and Liverpool Lime street. The 'town centre' is incredible and worth seeing the sights
Friendly staff, clean hotel, comfy bed, clean bathroom, tub and toilet facilities. The restaurant seating area was clean and the food was well presented and fresh. The hotel is just off the famous Birkenhead tunnel and accessible for food and grocery deliveries. Overall it did what it said on the tin and will def stay here again.

Absolutely the best premier inn I've ever stayed. Jay the manager is amazing we tested his patience a few times but nothing was to much. Staff are amazing Staci is a Queen nothing was to much trouble. Rhys does a mean gammon and chips no peas xx Will stay again xxx

"Sparkle and shine with a welcome to match"
From the start a warm welcome was given by Stacey on Reception - nothing was too much trouble really nice. The staff in the restaurant were great too food was fine - the menu is not very big but that’s Premier Inn nowadays. Thank you everyone for a super stay all the staff are fab :)

Been here almost 1 week, absolutely lovely hotel. Clean rooms are great with air con, the staff are great, Stacy is amazing made us feel so welcome, Jay the manager is great and very helpful always smiling, and the chef wow 👌 his food is outstanding some of the best meals, really tasty, and great portion sizes, no noise at all very quiet location is great close to everything, and a lovely calm atmosphere, I would 100% return

Lovely hotel, amazing staff always up for a chat, cooks are amazing food is absolutely lovely, rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Everywhere is clean from top to bottom.
