"Great place to rest"
Really good location when you want to take the stena line to Belfast. Good friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. The breakfast options were good.

Chose the hotel to stay at on a sporting trip to Liverpool as it was far better value than staying north of the river. However we'd go back in the blink of an eye. Greeted by an enthusiastic Stacey and David, who seemed genuinely keen for us to have the best possibly experience. They directed us to the Metro urging us nor to take our car to the Hill Dickenson as "is so easy and good value to go by train", lent is a phone charger, recommended things to do in the evening (we went to the coast) and were generally very welcoming. And they are right. It's very convenient the city centre by train or car, being right next to the tunnel and Hamilton Square metro.

The staff are excellent, happy to advise on things to see and do with a very positive and enthusiastic attitude. The rooms are clean and, in a heatwave, cool. Strongly recommend..

We had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn in Birkenhead. The staff were just so friendly - all looking to go the extra mile, Stacey in particular. The room was quiet and beautifully clean and it was very conveniently located for both Birkenhead train stations. The only downside was the price - the Saturday was extortionate but there were various events going on that dictated that.
