Had a brilliant stay at the Premier Inn Birkenhead Town Centre. The food was good, and the rooms were classic, reliable Premier Inn standard—exceptionally clean and comfortable. They could use a minor update here and there, but nothing serious at all.What truly elevated this to a 5-star experience was the incredible staff, especially Stacey. Honestly, you don’t even get this level of hospitality in very posh, high-end luxury hotels. Stacey went completely above and beyond in every single aspect of her role. She made a genuine effort to learn and remember all of her guests' names right from the start, using them throughout our stay. It created such a warm, elite, and deeply personal touch. She is an absolute credit to the hotel and a massive asset to the company!

Really good location when you want to take the stena line to Belfast. Good friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. The breakfast options were good.

Chose the hotel to stay at on a sporting trip to Liverpool as it was far better value than staying north of the river. However we'd go back in the blink of an eye. Greeted by an enthusiastic Stacey and David, who seemed genuinely keen for us to have the best possibly experience. They directed us to the Metro urging us nor to take our car to the Hill Dickenson as "is so easy and good value to go by train", lent is a phone charger, recommended things to do in the evening (we went to the coast) and were generally very welcoming. And they are right. It's very convenient the city centre by train or car, being right next to the tunnel and Hamilton Square metro.
