    "Good stay and great staff but well overdue a room refurb."
    Bathroom and bedroom very much due an upgrade but great that it has air-conditioning and relatively cheap parking outside. The stay was made so great due to their fantastic employee Staci (one of the reasons We stayed again since last time) if we were staying based on the rooms we wouldn't stay here.

    Fantastic hotel clean with plenty of amenities, cannot fault the staff all very friendly and made me feel at home, the hotel was so quiet that even a light sleeper like myself had no issues with getting a good nights sleep, the shower was lovely easy to use and the air con was an absolute must for this time of year
    "Amazing staff let down by a failing centre"
    We stay in many Premier Inns prior to cruise departure. This one is by far the worst. Whilst the team are amazing; friendly, helpful and courteous, they are hugely let down by a tired and dirty centre which has lacked investment by the company. The said conditioning wasn’t working and the windows are sealed. We didn’t sleep a wink as the small room quickly ran out of any air. The bathroom fan didn’t work, the USB socket, (just the one) didn’t work. The decor is tired and dirty with stains on the walls and rust inside the kettle. We have written to head office to express our deep concerns.

    Amazing staff who were extremely helpful going above and beyond with local information and transport advice. Lovely breakfast. Beautifully clean hotel throughout. Excellent value.

    The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful - especially Stacey on Reception - helped us out with a couple of specific requests without any issues. Left a really really good impression.
