Skegness Seafront hotel

We stayed here recently for two nights primarily to attend a concert at The Embassy and to enjoy some walks up the prom. Easy, convenient parking and at only £4 / day as cheap as you'll find in the area. Good clean "typical" Premier Inn room, although I was a little surprised to find it had a shower over bath given it is a relatively new hotel. But not a showstopper although we do prefer a walkin shower. We didn't eat in the restaurant as there are so many other places to eat in Skegness but we did have a drink in there one evening. Decent place and quick friendly service. We frequently stay in Premier Inns and this was the first occasion we have ever got the self checkin desk to work. Now either we have got better with the tech, or the tech has got better !

We were a family of 9 across 4 rooms. Each was clean comfortable and with a Seaview. The staff were so friendly and helpful from check in to check out. Breakfast was also great. On arrival we found a card saying our room was randomly selected for a prize. We went to reception to collect. We were shown a bag of toys and sweets and my boys could pick one each. So kind. Totally made their day. The location is also great. Will definitely stay again

Very well located with easy parking, the room was average, I have stayed in much better premier inn's, they are usually our go to hotel when travelling but I don't think I will go back to this one, though we are a couple this seemed to be a family room, no chair for the desk and a single bed as the only chair, on the good side, the staff and food in the restaurant were excellent

Recently stayed at the premier inn in skegness luckily for only 1 night. Positives good parking, excellent location and breakfast was ok. Things to improve attention to detail I had phoned in advance to ask for a simple request when our room was being made up but this wasn't carried out, 1 set of towels for 2 people again attention to detail goes along way. Cleanliness the whole hotel needs a good look at itself the hallways smelt of musty and not very nice but the room we were in had the thickest dust I have ever seen on all the walls and furnishings, the vent was caked in dust as was the extraction fan absolutely awful. Carpet needs a good clean as do the furnishings. The bedding was dirty and the kettle unusable as it needs throwing or a very deep clean.

Fantastic location. Plenty of room on the carpark and loved thatvit was cheaper for our stay.Enjoyed our stay . Everything was amazing as asusal at a premier inn..Lovely room and great food. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will be visiting again soon
