"Hotel stay"
Very good clean and quite only downfall was the lack of roast dinner we had booked and paid for only to be told on Sunday there was no dinners left so had to eat of the menu which was dearer for what paid for also there a complementary breakfast on Tuesday courtesy of Dan thank you very much appreciated xx
"Lovely stay, the small gestures really made the difference"
Thank you to Tracey and Dan for a great stay. Dan gave us a friendly welcome showing genuine interest in our stay and organising a birthday suprise for my partner. Quality clean family room we stayed in and when I queried an issue Tracey went above and beyond to rectify it. So for me these things have secured me as a returning customer.

Great location, ample parking and a convenient restaurant onsite. Only downside our accessible bathroom was not cleaned and had mould on the shower chair which was very disappointing as not what I have come to expect from the high standards you claim to keep.
"Not the best"
This is my first time staying at this Premier Inn and had high expectations but was disappointed, When we arrived at 14-15 (check-in 15-00) asked reception if our room was ready and we could check in early and just barked at that she no no access to any rooms until 15-00. When we did finally get in the room was very tired looking with broken shower curtain no sink plug and stains all over the carpet and walls. Only plus was air con in room as was very hot and breakfast was good.
"Anniversary"
We stopped in one of the Premier rooms. Staff was brilliant in the hotel and the restaurant downstairs. The staff members are Steven, Hayden, Sintya, Shane and Jess and one other lady on Friday we didn’t manage to get her name but well done to you all very pleasant say

Hotel description

Relax by the seaside at our Premier Inn Skegness Seafront hotel. Take a stroll down the famous Skegness Pier, which people have been visiting for fantastic breaks to the East Coast for over a century. Perfect for a weekend getaway, there's plenty of things to do nearby with Natureland Seal Sanctuary and Skegness Aquarium only short walks away from the hotel. The Seacroft Golf Club is also close by if you fancy perfecting your swing, as well as crazy golf courses if you prefer your game with a few more windmills. Enjoy great food like freshly hand-battered fish and chips at our on-site Cookhouse and Pub restaurant, and when the sun sets look forward to sinking into one of our comfy beds.
