"Brilliant Holiday"
Great location, great food and drink. Lots to do nearby. Air con was amazing. Staff extremely friendly. Had a brilliant stay
"There is always one shines through "
We arrived at the hotel staff where helpful enough I asked if we could be on the top floor due the previous night at another premier an hour away the staff where really help full I did explain we would all be in bed very early as my son has autism and has a routine so staff member moved us to 3rd floor and assured they would be no problem from above I assumed she new the guest we ate down stairs in the resteraunt down stairs food was what I would expect but the service was excellent the servers name I can’t remember
"5 nights in July - not great"
Reception staff welcoming. For the price rom does not match others at this price level. Walls and carpet all marked. Reported a leaking toilet and this was not fixed during a 5 night stay. Leaking coffee machine left substantial amount of water in tray which was a safety hazard. Fix next day was to put a towel into the tray. No replacements available so it was swapped with one from another room.
"Dirty and going downhill fast!"
Been coming to this Premier Inn since it opened in 2019… All the staff we have encountered over the past 6 years have been great. The location is great. The beds are as you would expect but the carpets and common areas are dirty and our recent room didn’t smell the best given the windows cannot be opened to air the room. It appears zero money is being spent on maintaining the property and it just looks terrible… If the carpets were thoroughly cleaned once a month there would be nothing to complain about! For whatever reason, this year you are now being charged £4 per night for overnight parking. The Steamboat incorporated to the premises is filthy with some hygiene practices not great!! Best avoid here for food!
"Hotel stay"
Very good clean and quite only downfall was the lack of roast dinner we had booked and paid for only to be told on Sunday there was no dinners left so had to eat of the menu which was dearer for what paid for also there a complementary breakfast on Tuesday courtesy of Dan thank you very much appreciated xx
