"Great"
Stayed here on business for 3 nights, the location is perfect and with the bar being within the hotel it was really convenient, staff super friendly, hotel clean, overall couldn’t knock it.
"Great"
Comfy beds, super tasty breakfast and great location…. Whilst the our trip wasn’t cheep it ticked all the boxes and we will be back next year for our annual trip
"Seaside with grandson"
Good - location, parking, breakfast. Bad - Cleanliness, everywhere, carpets were dirty in rooms and corridors. Considering the building isn't that old it looks tired and in need of a deep clean. You advertise a certain standard and in this hotel it's not met.
"Bad check in, good room and staff"
You know what you’re getting with a premier inn, and in that respect it was everything I expected it to be. The worst park by far was check in. I arrived 25 mins early on the off chance our rooms were ready, as my grandad, at 87 years old, has been on his feet since 10 am and was very much in need of a lie down. However there was no one available to ask if the room was ready, there are self serve machines for check in. 3pm rolls around, the reception is now full of people and the machines don’t work. One lady is up front checking people in, rushed off her feet but maintaining a super friendly demeanour and chatting with children whilst parents sort their stuff out. Couldn’t fault the lady at all. 15 mins later I get to the front of the queue, the rooms are not ready. We had to wait a further 20 mins. She offered us a complimentary breakfast without skipping a beat, I assume that’s their process as I worked in service, I don’t kick off at staff, it is very early their fault. So what could have been an awful experience there was remedied by the behaviour of that member of staff and the free breakfast.
"Cheeky Weekend"
Cheeky weekend get away at the seaside, check in was simple and straight forward no hassle, staff friendly and happy, breakfast in the restaurant was top draw and we love the premier inn beds
