Skegness Seafront hotel

Recently stayed at the premier inn in skegness luckily for only 1 night. Positives good parking, excellent location and breakfast was ok. Things to improve attention to detail I had phoned in advance to ask for a simple request when our room was being made up but this wasn't carried out, 1 set of towels for 2 people again attention to detail goes along way. Cleanliness the whole hotel needs a good look at itself the hallways smelt of musty and not very nice but the room we were in had the thickest dust I have ever seen on all the walls and furnishings, the vent was caked in dust as was the extraction fan absolutely awful. Carpet needs a good clean as do the furnishings. The bedding was dirty and the kettle unusable as it needs throwing or a very deep clean.

Fantastic location. Plenty of room on the carpark and loved thatvit was cheaper for our stay.Enjoyed our stay . Everything was amazing as asusal at a premier inn..Lovely room and great food. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will be visiting again soon

We stayed at premier inn Skegness seafront for the night with my grandson, it was his first time ever staying in a hotel and he loved it, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they were really lovely to my grandson and it made him really happy, the room was good, quite clean and great location, only downside was our bed , it was extremely hard, I asked my grandson if he found it so and he agreed was quite uncomfortable, also windows were very dirty, we had breakfast there and was great, they made me gluten free toast which was nice, there was lots to choose from , we had our dinner in the restaurant and was really nice food, we all enjoyed it, we would definitely stay again but the bed was not good

Have just left this hotel this morning to drive back home due to a terrible nights sleep. My partner awoke at 5 am this morning with painful back ache due to the matress on the bed we were in room 403. Partner strpped the bed to find a saggy old mattress with staines on obviously well hammerd! Partner went down to reception at 6am to see if we could move rooms was told by receptionist we are fully booked very unhelpful were told to ring guest relations when they open tommorow tues. We had paid for 2 nights but had no choice but to leave as we couldnt have another uncomfortable night. We paid 136 pounds plus 8 pounds for parking which we didnt know about until we arrived yesterday rooms overpriced for what they are we were here sun 3 may 2026 what a bank holiday balls up!.

Fantastic ideal for the scooter rally 3 amazing days .Sam the house keeper was priceless keeping us topped up with tea bags and the room sorted
