"Travelling Home on Bus to get some food!"
Arrived to find restaurant closed at 7pm. Stood at bar, restaurant lady told bar staff to serve table order. Leaving him with a choice, ignore customers or follow order. He chose to ignore customer, not his fault and he did later acknowledge me. Lady, who appeared to be the only member off staff, could not accommodate a table of three due to a large party (apparently 13 is deemed to be a large party). Best on offer 8.20, meaning 9pm before food. Seems to be a chronic staff shortage on this evening and the service offered by Premier Inn well below what ever I have experienced in 30 years of using the brand. Come on management ensure you have staff to accommodate the business you take on, you sold the package you should be able to deliver it. On previous occasions I have stayed at Premier Inn they have rang to advise if the restaurant is busy…. Probably a bad day and a stressed member of staff but it was poor.
"Great stay in Lincoln"
Perfect location, nice attentive staff, comfortable bed, great shower… Would stay here again, but on the top floor. Took a while to fall asleep and then was awoken early by someone above me stomping around. Major pet peeve for me. Be sure to check out the coffee shop across the street and into the left.
"Excellent member of staff"
We arrived for a pre booked family stay following a graduation at Lincoln cathedral which was, no doubt, an extremely busy time for all local hotels. This was evident from the start as it was clear that the solitary member of staff on service was up against it, given demand at reception and the bar. However, said member of staff named Adam was extremely professional throughout, apologising for the slow speed of service while racing around to ensure all guests were catered for. Adam was an absolute credit to the organisation despite being placed under significant pressure to cater for a large amount of guests.

Always stay here when visiting Lincoln- good position for walking around the city and staff are always friendly and helpful
"Brilliant staff a nice stay."
The hotel was central close to everything the thing thay made it was the staff. At breakfast Richard was brilliant lovely guy. At reception 2 staff members im afraid i dont remember names both really very helpful and made us want to stay longer. The staff made the trip for use we would stay again.
