Lincoln City Centre hotel

Convenient location for Lincoln City centre, easily walkable. Parking nearby, reasonably priced. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. We didn’t eat there but the seating for meals looked quite spacious. Staff were helpful and pleasant. One of the better Premier Inns we have stayed in, we would stay again if in the area.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel is conveniently placed and only a short walk from the town centre. I usually find the beds comfortable in Premier Inns but the mattress was very hard in this one. The baths in all Premier Inns are too high for a small woman and very slippery.

value was great room very clean as usual pillow protectors adn actual white clean pillows with no staining. had never stopped in hotel with key less entry so found the novelty of using the card great adn fun lol. meals was beautiful well cooked fresh and hot. would love to see a bit more old fashioned english food such as a roast of some kind or shepherds pie or lasgane. as i had choice of two meals. that being burgers or gammon steak. mum had fish and chips then gammon 2nd night adn dad had fihs and chips then the smothered chicken aka hunters chicken. i would of eaten that but i suffer migraines sometimes if i eat cheese so dare not as i was only driver. it wouldnt have bothered me if id had same meal for several night as food was good. Ariana is a complete assist to this premier inn very professional calm and very quick to help. we had payed for two breakfast for two days when paying over the phone to order the room so when we went to pay she changed us over to the meal deal as we had tea and breakfast for two days ad she had to sort the bill out both times as it came out more. but she handled it really well never queried it with us just went into cheking it looking and adding it up knew it was wrong so corrected it no problem e had said t oher if it is right then oof course we would of paid and it was she who actually queried it the first night. bless her. the young man and the other staff are very good also nothing was too much trouble we asked for extra pillow and ariana brought it up to our room within around 15minutes. breakfast meals are very well laid out. only thing can i make a suggestion there is no labels or signs tellng people what is the cereal. and near te toast etc it didnt tell u if any ofo the bread had nuts for instace. the cereal had granalo one morning which had nuts also. and anyone oculd easily get hold of it and yes we coudl ask the staff ad they can tell us straight away but i have been to other premier inn and it had signs for everything. as one f the cereal i had no clue what it was. the yoghurt didnt have sign to say what flavour it was either. so maybe this coul dbe thought about . but like i say pleasane staff very helpful and reliable very professional but all with a calm exterior ad a big smile. even when tired ad short staffed at times. everywhere was very clean. an the lifts was good and easy to access for the rooms. we had a little bit of beat from music venue nearby from about 6pm to 10pm fri ad sat but not load i had taken ear plugs but i only needed them because i sleep on my own in room at home so not used to hearing family moving around or snoring and dad snores very loud lol. tv had a restrictin of how loud so u have n problem of hearing someone elses loud tv. adn rooms seem to be sound proofed really well as owe only heard sllight low bangs from the access door just outside our room to the lifts. no need for fans and windows to open as they have closed window on third floor adn have easy to use air conditioning. which soon chilled the room it was about 25degree ooutside and at times we even had to turn the air con off as it went to chilly it is that good and it didnt dry our throats out like some air con; thanks again to you all. and yes we would think about stopping again sometime hopefully in the future if ever the need arised. we had hospitla appt so hence the reasoon to stay pver as was very early appt and eant it easir to stay over the fri night for sat morn appt and procedure. stayed an extra night as was mums big birthday week also so had extra night for this reason. to the beautiful bride i hope all went well and u did o ahead and say i do. your dress was beautiful on you and u shone. made our day as mum and dad are celebrating their 50th wedding in sept this yr.

Loved the location of this Premier Inn. It is close to the railway station, city centre and main sights such as the castle and cathedral. The bedroom was large with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with shower gel, soap, towels etc. There was a hairdryer in the room as well as a kettle and tea/coffee. Air conditioning was great and needed in this hot weather. A great stay.

Very good location, close to shops and river for walks. Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Highly recommended. Very nice City.
