Lincoln City Centre hotel

Lovely night's sleep,bed extremely comfortable clean and comfortable room. Along with a good breakfast, sets us up for the day ahead

We booked 1 night while seeing a concert at the castle. Hotel was clean and staff all friendly and helpful. Room was great with a view of the cathedral and bed was really comfy. Thank goodness for good air con as it was hot when we visited. Would highly recommend.

All the staff here are lovely particularly Andreia and Rick in the restaurant, two of them all week work so hard looking after everyone proper customer service and care which you don’t get anymore, so lovely to be greeted every morning with a big smile and hello from Rick, keep doing what you’re doing you’re an asset to the hotel

The location of the hotel and the cleanliness of our room we couldn't fault. My partner went to make himself a coffee in our room at the coffee making facility. He boiled the kettle and poured the hot water into the glass mug. For it to explode in his hand. Glass shards everywhere and boiling hot water! Went to reception and they didn't even offer to come clean it up, which we did!

I brought my own food for my trip with the intention of putting it in a fridge, which I assumed was a feature of every room. Upon entering my room I realised there was no fridge - my fault really for not checking, this is only a feature of premier plus rooms so lesson learned. I enquired with staff to see if anything could be done. They immediately switched my room with one that had a fridge which I was incredibly grateful for. The room itself was very clean, tidy and the bed very comfortable, furnished with all the amenities required. It's also lovely to have air con, especially at the time of year I went in June. My only complaints would I didn't seem able to check in on the touch screen system and it took some time for stuff to assist, the hair dryer so quite temperamental, so perhaps bring your own, and also the traffic noise. However, that was to be expected as my room was directly next to the road. It's nothing that can't be solved with ear buds which I personally always take with me when travelling. These are minor points however during what was an otherwise fantastic stay. I would highly recommend the Lincoln City Centre Premier Inn for anyone who needs to stay over in Lincoln.
