"Friendly staff, good value"

Great location, which was important to us as coming by train. An easy walk from the station and convenient for the cathedral and castle. We arrived before 3pm, and were able to leave our case and come back later to check in. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of room, lots of shelf space for toiletries. A large shower which was easy to use. Everything was clean. The room was quiet, with thick blackout curtains. The staff were great, and so helpful. The first evening we went for the meal deal to save having to choose a restaurant elsewhere. Good value as it includes a drink and breakfast the next morning. WiFi is included, unlike Travelodge. It's not the fastest, but you can pay to get faster if you need to. We were pleased with our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

I find Lincoln city a great location to stay. There are so many things to do in the area. Theater 🎭, shops , cathedral, castle, Bomber command, lots of live music venues, great restaurants, & much much more. Room was clean comfortable warm & spacious. Plenty of tea coffee & milk. Easy access shower. Lift to all floors. No parking but I did not find that a problem. There’s street parking or a large car park 🅿️ at the back of the premier inn with fair rates. It’s card only but normally someone to help you if you have not done this. It’s easy to get the hang off. Seems most are changing over to card payments. Staff very helpful always ready to help what ever the problem. Nice restaurant with a good choice. Use this hotel often for short breaks & over night stops. Would be good for holidays to as Lincolnshire as a lot to offer. Goodbus & train station. Lots of beautiful villages where you will find lots gong on. There’s all the fabulous clean beaches not far off to, so lots to do. Don’t think you will be disappointed. Enjoy.

"City Centre Break"

The hotel is in s good location, not far from the cathedral and the old town. It is an easy walk from the train station. The Premier Plus room was comfortable with good amenities. I enjoyed the breakfast and found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

"What a place"

Very central position. Quiet and inviting atmosphere, rooms are large with plenty of space, kept clean and tidy, tea and coffee making facilities. Excellent value for money. Staff are very helpful and polite, very friendly. Loved our visit and hopefully we will return soon
