"Appalling state of toilets"
The main part of this review is to make a point about how disgusting the main toilets are. In all of the Premier Inns I have stayed I have never seen such disgusting urinals at the breakfast area/restaurant. I was thinking of taking a photo but it was that gross. I even mentioned it to a member of staff. When I returned to the Premier Inn a few hours later, it was still in the same state. These urinals hadn't been cleaned in DAYS. There was dust on them, not to mention everything else attached. How dare you charge what you charge and leave toilets in this state !!! To complete this review I will make some further points. that the room was clean, as expected, although the room smelt of cigarette smoke. That the woman at breakfast was running around like a blue arsed fly on her own trying to do everything and stay composed. How about employing some more staff Whitbread? And maybe get some friendly staff on the front desk, we can't all use the self sign in due to age/impairment/disability, so when we do call someone to help check in, it would be nice if they 'pretended' to be courteous instead of being miserable and annoyed that someone called them from their tea and biscuits or whatever else they were doing. It certainly wasn't cleaning toilets.

"Perfect location"
Great location for a weekend in Lincoln. Definitely one of the best Premier Inns I've stayed in. Parking is in NCP right next to the hotel which cost us £20.80 for 3 days.

"Shame about the breakfast"
Our 4th visit here. Lovely Premier Inn and in the centre of Lincoln.
This is the first time we have had an issue. At breakfast, we were shocked at the sausage on display. Not brown at all didn't look cooked. I mentioned this to the waitress she took them away and brought out some more that looked very slightly cooked, so we didn't bother having any. I then went back after a while and noticed they had brought out another tray that looked a bit better but not great. The tomato was hard like you would have with a salad, not a fried breakfast.
The second day, tomatoes were nicely cooked, but sausage could do with more time under the grill.
Shame, really. we will be back, but We hope the breakfast improves as it is something we really look forward to

"Unbelievably bad management customer service"
This hotel is the same expected standard as all Premier inns. Where it differs is in the couldn't care less attitude of the manager, George.
We ate in the hotel on our first night, mistake. We sat at 19.00 and didn't get our second course until 20.15 and then only because a member of staff, Rowena came to ask how we were getting on. We had intended to have 3 courses but by 21.15 when no body else had been to see us we decided to leave. On leaving the restaurant we bumped into George and explained our problem over lack of service.
Instead of suggesting we sat back down and he would ask someone to serve us his immediate response was to say "i have other other things to do not just the restaurant and that he is busy elsewhere " he carried on in this manner until we eventually decided that his attitude was that it was just tough. He eventually begrudgingly gave us a discount.
However he could do with learning some customer service skills from Rowena who was exceptional.

"Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service from Richard"
We recently stayed for three nights at Premier Inn Lincoln City Centre and were extremely impressed with the experience.
The hotel was very clean, well organised, and clearly well managed throughout our stay. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a good choice of food that was well prepared and regularly replenished.
A special mention must go to Richard, who went out of his way to organise freshly cooked poached eggs for us. They were prepared and delivered promptly, and his helpful, friendly service made a real difference to our stay.
Having recently paid considerably more for a three-night stay with breakfast at the Hythe Imperial Hotel on the seafront, where the breakfast experience was extremely disappointing, the contrast could not have been greater.
Premier Inn provided excellent value, great service, and a consistently high standard throughout. Well done to Richard and the whole team – we would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
