"Good Premier Inn"
Hotel was clean, staff welcoming and very handy for Lincoln. Beefeater next door is closing soon but we had a lunchtime meal which was lovely and I couldn’t fault the breakfast. All in all a great mini break. I would recommend this hotel

"A credit to a marvellous staff"
I'd be cruel to give this place anything less than five stars with how marvellous every single member of staff I came across is.....however this entire premise is in dire need of an uplift. A severe one. It could be such a lovely stay considering its close proximity to the city centre, it's a great location. But even our premier plus room needs some serious looking at. Stain in the carpet the cleaners obviously cant remove, peeling laminate, etc......thats not even mentioning the the old standard room my sister and her husband stayed in. While it was very clean, it was incredibly NOT "you know what you're getting" as premier Inn says. Chips, stains, peeling, paint....outrageous really with the pricing. And honestly thats not even mentioning the beefeater next door which is just on its knees completely. Hopefully come September they might actually put some money into this place. Just so pleased with the staff, they made it bareable.

"Not the cleanest!"
This Premier Inn was not clean at all - the corridor smelt like cigarettes and the floor was filthy, the carpets in the bedroom were not vacuumed and sticky in places, I couldn't take my shoes off it was so gross.
The food is across the road in a BeefEater which is fine, but the staff there were nowhere to be seen. I could hear giggling in the kitchen, and I said hello a few times, but ended up eventually seating myself and just helping myself and no one batted an eye - other guests ended up doing the same too.

"A Nice Place But A Long Way To Get To Lincoln"
A very pleasant experience for a couple like us. Clean. Good breakfasts. Staff and hospitality excellent and efficient. Fantastic ample parking. However local bus service very poor so a long walk to the city and uphill route back so time consuming and tiring! Beefeater Restaurant next door though a tad tired in appearance. Sadly Premier Inn will be shutting these and Brewers Fayre Restaurants around September which is a pity. Otherwise Lincoln Canwick is a nice place.

Great place to stay, not far to drive into city centre. Lovely and helpful staff. Room was clean and tidy and there was lots of parking.
