Lincoln (Canwick) hotel

Good hotel, we upgraded to a premier plus accessible double room, a couple of things could be upgraded such as bed was too low and more usb sockets but apart from that the room was especially good, having a fridge and coffee machine

We really enjoyed our stay at this Premier Inn. We stayed for 3 nights, couldn’t fault it. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and polite. We used the Beefeater for breakfast and evening meals the staff there was very friendly and polite the food was of good quality. 10/10 from me

On arrival all front of house staff outside smoking, I had to walk through the group walking from the car park. I stood at reception awaiting someone to check me in, no one came. I had to go out and ask a member of staff to check me in. An hour later I decided to leave the hotel for a walk, again all staff outside smoking. On return to the hotel the staff were still outside. On arriving at the bar/restaurant, I stood at the wait here to be seated sign for 10 mins. In the end I went out and asked someone to come in from the smoking group. Unfortunately the next morning was the same, so i decided to leave my card on reception and just walked past the groups and advised I had checked out and the card was on the desk. All in all a very uncomfortable experience.

We had a thoroughly pleasant stay for four days at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and took time to deal with a couple of minor issues we had. Gemma was particularly helpful and we would happily recommend this hotel.

Good location on outskirts of Lincoln Very pleasant reception. Room was of good standard and very clean Breakfast was of very good standard and very good value. Will stay here again
