Lincoln (Canwick) hotel

Outside Lincoln but easy parking and probably quieter. Pleasant welcome from reception staff. Premium room was nice and had a bath in the bathroom with upgraded toiletries. Breakfast was in a separate building which had been a Beefeater. Fried eggs were solid but the rest of the food was fine.

Good car parking, easy, quick and polite check-in, comfortable bed in a good quality, clean room with good en-suite facilities. Good value and a pleasant stay.

I have stayed here a couple times the past months and have to say this probably the quietest hotel I have ever been to! Service was good and cleanliness very good! Had dinner in the restaurant - food was good but a bit slow to come... restaurant was a bit crowded considering the amount of staff on site.

Stayed here for 4 nights while working in the area. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean and very comfortable. Ample parking even if you have a van. I would stay here again.

When I arrived at the Premier Inn, I was greeted by a lovely lady at reception. She was very polite, friendly and welcoming, and gave a really good first impression. We then went up to our Premier Plus room, which was very nice, tidy and immaculately clean. The only downside was a slight sewage-type smell coming from the bathroom, which was a little unpleasant. Apart from that, the room itself was immaculate, very comfortable and really well presented. The following morning we went across to the other building for breakfast. When we arrived, a lady showed us to a table and we went to get a coffee, only to find that the coffee machine wasn’t working. I wasn’t aware there was another machine available until I asked, and was then told there was one right around the other side by the bar. I wasn’t particularly happy with that, as it would have been helpful to have been told when we were seated. As for the cooked breakfast, unfortunately it wasn’t the best. The sausages were really unpleasant and the hash browns were very dry. The bacon, eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms were okay, but overall the breakfast was disappointing and certainly could have been better.
