Dear Sir/Madam.
I would like to wholeheartedly commend both Lee and Stacy, for there perfect, going the extra mile, customer service delivery.
It may be said that staff are just doing there normal duties. However, as a regular guest at the Premier inns all over the country. I have repeatedly experience excellent customer service. But unfortunately, I have experienced bad customer services in rival companies.
Both Lee and Stacey are a credit to your organisation and should be commended as such.
A business is built in the roots of its employees.
I trust and hope you will commend accordingly at your convenience.

"No sleep"
No sleep. Don’t stay in room 101 next to the door at the top of the stairs it is so loud and bangs each time people come through to get to floor 1. Also sounds as if people are walking in your room when they are on the corridor. I had ear plugs in too!

"A great stay at Grimsby premier inn."
Visiting a friend in hospital I booked 2 nights at the premier in Grimsby. From arrival to leaving 2 days later the staff were 100% great service and very welcoming. I will say the staff at breakfast were great. Vicki,Lee and Leon are a great asset to the Grimsby premier inn.i will definitely come back at some point. Staff are a credit to the hotel.

Great stay in Grimsby. Excellent location. Clean warm comfortable room. Close to local amenities. Reasonable rates. Plenty of free parking. Staff so helpful all through my stay.

"5-0 defeat but a 5-star stay."
Excellent overnight stay. Was there for a football match was given friendly advice on location of ground and likely time of walk by the most helpful Lee on reception, who it transpired is an Arsenal fan. Unfortunately, Barrow (my team) lost 0-5 and are likely to be relegated - in the unlikely event we stay up I would most definitely stay here again.

For the afternoon, why not visit Pleasure Island and the Fishing Heritage centre and then set sail for the hotel, with a lovely meal at our on-site Premier Inn restaurant and a relaxing comfy bed.
