"Great hotel with great staff!"
We have stayed at many Premier Inns as a couple including the one at Grimsby. This time we took my mother in law as we were going to a show at Grimsby Auditorium. It's about a 5 minute drive to the Auditorium and a short drive to Cleethorpes. It's also much cheaper so if we're going to Cleethorpes, we always stay here.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the bedrooms were clean and comfy.
We had our tea at the pub attached to the hotel and it was delicious! We had 3 different meals and they were all lovely. I especially enjoyed the veggie burger which isn't something I'd usually try but I'm glad I did. Well done to Daryl who was cooking that night.
We were served by Leon who was brilliant! Some people are just made for customer service, which is a difficult job, and he is definitely one of them. We came back after the show for a drink and, even though we were the only ones in and he was getting ready to close, he couldn't have been more friendly. He didn't make us feel rushed or in anyway unwelcome. In my opinion, he is a great asset to Premier Inn.

Stayed here after a nights stay at the Grantham Premier Inn. Wow, there was no comparison, lovely staff on reception, huge bedroom that was lovely and clean, it was cooler which led to a comfier nights sleep. Definitely recommend.

We stayed for 1 night to visit family in the area. Arrived quite late in the evening, but reception were very welcoming. Beds were extremely comfortable, and facilities clean. We went for the full breakfast which was freshly cooked to order by chef Daryl, provided good vegan options, and arrived hot. Plenty of continental choice too, along with coffee & fresh fruit. Janine served us and she was friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again in future!

Jannine was an excellent hostess and waitress for us in the restaurant. Receptionist went above and beyond. Premier Inn need to refurbish this hotel. They have forgotten these hard working staff and it's customers.
